Wild Night

"I still wonder what Natasha would say if she saw us together having a drink," Cassie purses her lips as she takes a sip of her bourbon and then looks over at Robbie, who takes a sip of his beer. Cassie can't really believe that she is having a drink with Natasha's brother, especially after her rival just exposed her for using Shane to get back at Natasha at Shane's birthday party. If Natasha knew that she was having a drink with Robbie, she would probably lose her mind. Under normal circumstances, the idea would thrill Cassie, but after all the excitement of the night, she doesn't really want to upset Natasha any more tonight.

"Like I told you earlier," Robbie replies to her. "My sister isn't here right now. She can't control who I have a drink with. And, it's not like we planned this. We just ran into one another. I know you've done horrible things to Natasha, but that was a long time ago."

Cassie chuckles back to him. "I highly doubt that she would think of it that way. She'd find a way to blame me because I am responsible for everything that goes wrong in her life."

Robbie looks back at her and smiles knowing that Cassie and Natasha will never like one another, but it is the last thing that he wants to talk about. After his talk with Victoria earlier, in which she lashed out at him, he just wants to forget. He takes another sip of his drink. "How about we stop talking about my sister?" he asks her.

"Okay, no more talk about Natasha," she agrees. "Actually, that would be great. I need to think of something else."

"Me too," he tells her. "I had a rough night to be honest."

"I'm sorry to hear that," Cassie replies to him. "Do you want to get out of here? I mean, maybe we could go for a walk or something."

Robbie looks back at her and arches his eyebrow. "Yea, or something…"

Cassie looks at him and their eyes lock. She sets her glass down and moves towards the door. "Come on," she calls to him as he takes one more sip of his beer and then sets the bottle back down on the bar and moves towards the exit.

The Pier

The air is cold and crisp as Victoria walks slowly down the pier. The river is frozen at this time of the year, and the docks are rather icy. She looks at her phone to see if she missed a message from Shane, as she is surprised that he hasn't caught up to her yet. She was at the Pampa Grill for Shane's birthday party and witnessed Natasha exposing Cassie for using him to get back at Natasha; worried about her friend, Victoria suggested that they go for a walk together to clear their heads. Victoria knows that while Shane is upset about what happened with Cassie, she also had another encounter with Robbie where he tried to get back together with her. Unable to cope with his persistence, she snapped and angrily lashed out at him. She had been able to keep it together with him up until that point, but she had to make it clear that she wasn't going to sit back and let him continue to pursue her; their relationship is very much over. Robbie just has to realize that.

"I had to make him realize that we are over," she whispers to herself as she pulls her coat tighter around herself to keep herself warm. "I hated being so cruel but he wasn't understand."

Victoria stops when she thinks she hears a crack of some ice on the pier behind her. She turns around and looks around, but she can't see anyone in the dim light. "Shane?" she calls out, but no one responds to her.

She turns back around and continues to walk slowly, but she hears another foot step behind her. She starts to walk quicker, but she hears footsteps behind her again. She turns around and sees a man wearing a black ski mask.

"What do you want?" she asks him as he comes closer to her.

"Up against the wall," he tells her as he points to the building.

Victoria turns to run away, but he grabs her and she screams. His hand quickly covers her mouth and he throws up against the brick wall. The blow makes Victoria feel dizzy and her eyes slowly close. The man moves closer to her and lifts up against the wall. Victoria's eyes open again as he starts to unzip his pants.

"No, please…" she starts to plead, as her eyes feel heavy again.

The Lawson Mansion; Greg, Brooke, Abby & Cheresa's Home

Brad looks back in surprise as both of his parents, Greg and Brooke, are in shock that he announced that he got a girl pregnant; he didn't reveal who he got pregnant, just that he is going to be a father. He can understand their surprise because he hadn't even told them that the he was seeing someone, so this will be coming out of left field. Of course, he realizes that he actually isn't the father of Meggan's baby, but he has agreed to pretend to be the baby's father. Deep down he hopes that this will help him end up with Meggan.

"We had no idea that you were even serious with a girl," Greg tells his son before he looks at his wife. "Did you know about this?"

"Of course I didn't, I would have told you," Brooke replies to her husband. "I'm just as surprised as you are."

"I hadn't told anyone," Brad tells his family. "Sometimes these just things to happen organically. Do you remember when I was dating Britney Rogers? You guys became so obsessed that I might have a future wife, you scared her away."

"We did no such thing!" Brooke gasps back to him. "We were excited that our eldest might have finally found someone to spend the rest of his life with. You can't blame us for that."

Brad uneasily chuckles back to him. "I suppose not, but you have to understand why I didn't say anything."

"So, moving along," Greg looks back at his son with intent. "If you have gotten this girl pregnant, have you proposed to her yet? You certainly don't want to bring a bastard child into the world."

"Dad!" Abby almost chokes on her protein shake. "You can't just tell Brad to get married. Sometimes things don't follow time lines or agenda's."

"Thank you, Abby," Brad looks at her with a nod of approval that she has his back. "No, Dad, I haven't asked Meggan to marry me. We are just adjusting to the fact that she's with a child."

"Well, I insist that we meet this woman," Brooke tells her son. "If she is going to be the mother of our grandchild, I want to get to know her. I want to meet this woman."

Brad uneasily looks back at her and finds himself nodding. "Yea, okay," he tells his family. "I can arrange a dinner or something. But you have to promise to be on your best behavior."

"Aren't we always?" Greg winks back to his son. "By the way, congratulations, this is exciting news."

Greg pulls Brad into a hug. "Thanks Dad," Brad replies to him, wondering how Meggan will feel about having dinner with his parents, who can sometimes be overbearing. He just hopes that she will be okay with the idea.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan & Lukas' Home

"Please tell me you're not going to lecture me again about Daisy," Lukas tells his sister as he pours himself another scotch from the bar in the living room. He recalls how Meggan asked him to try to get along with Daisy because they are family; in his mind, he still isn't sure he is ready to bring Daisy into his inner circle. A lot happened with his family in the last year and it will take time for him to get past Jemma killing their father.

"No, I'm not," Meggan waves her hand at him. "You agreed to try, that's all I can ask of you. I won't beat a dead horse."

Lukas smiles before he takes a sip of his drink. "Thanks, I appreciate that. It'll just take time, you know?"

"I get it," Meggan stands up and moves up to him. "Look, since we are alone, I do have some news for you. I'd like you hear it from me rather than someone else."

Lukas arches his eyebrow. "Is it serious?"

"I'm pregnant," Meggan tells him, as Lukas runs his hand through his hair. "I'm going to be a mother."

"I can't believe it," Lukas says back to her as he gets a small smile on his face. "When did you find out? How are you feeling?"

Meggan chuckles back to him. "I'm fine," she tells him. "I'm about 4 months I guess."

"Does Jeff know?"

"Why would you ask me that?" Meggan asks him, worried that everyone will just assume that Jeff is the father of her baby. She knows that she can't let anyone think that Jeff is the father of the baby; it would ruin everything.

Lukas shrugs his shoulders. "You two have been off and on for months now, I just assumed…"

"Well, you assumed wrong," she cuts him off. "Jeff is not the father of this child."

"Then…who is?" Lukas asks her. He doesn't think that Meggan would lie about something like this but he does find it odd that his sister has had a secret man in her life that no one would know about.

"Brad Lawson," Meggan quickly tells him. "You remember him, right? I had a couple of classes with him in university."

"Yea, I remember him," Lukas tells her. "He was really into you back then."

"He still is," she puts her hand on her stomach. "He is the father of my baby."

"I still just have a hard time believing this," he admits to her before he pulls her into a hug. "But, I'm happy for you. Congratulations."

"Thank you," she bites her lip as they hug. "You can help me decorate a nursey."

"Put it in other east wing," he laughs at her. "Cause, I don't want to hear it crying at night."

Meggan laughs back with him. "I can do that!"

The Sugarbowl

Andy quickly moves inside the coffeehouse desperate to escape the cold winter air. He finally finished his article for the morning edition of the Sun, so he thought he would stop and grab a latte and brownie before heading home. As he orders, he recalls how Craig stopped by to see him earlier and he was taken back when Andy admitted that he hoped Lukas and Donovan could finally put things behind them and be together. Andy isn't sure what has happened between the two guys and Craig, but he does know that he told Lukas that their night of passion would not happen again; not until Andy was feeling more comfortable about being with a guy other than Reese.

He grabs his latte and is about to leave the coffeehouse when he sees Craig sitting alone at the window bar. He finds himself moving up to his friend. "We see each other again tonight," Andy announces as he walks up to Craig.

"Hey, did you meet the deadline for the article?"

"Barely, but yea," Andy smirks back to him. "The coffee you brought me really helped. Thanks again."

"Don't mention it," Craig replies to him.

"Do you mind if I ask you a quick question?" Andy asks Craig who nods to him. "You seemed startled earlier when I mentioned that I had hoped Lukas and Donovan could reunite. What is up with that?"

Craig shrugs his shoulders quickly to him. "I guess I just assumed that you and Lukas were moving on together, if I am honest."

Andy arches his eyebrow. "Why would you think that?"

"You told me that you and Lukas had shared some kisses," Craig reminds him. "And, then I saw you two at the Pampa Grill and you seemed…closer."

Andy uneasily nods back to him, as Donovan enters the coffeehouse. Donovan immediately sees the two talking and moves closer to them, without being seen by either of them. "Yea, I'm sorry you jumped to that assumption," Andy replies to Craig. "But, I can assure you that there is nothing going on with Lukas and I. I thought, maybe, there would be, but I have a lot of feelings surrounding being with someone else because of Reese. So, there is nothing going on there."

Donovan is stunned by the revelation and quickly leaves the coffeehouse. Craig, meanwhile, looks back at Andy. "So, it is possible then; Lukas and Donovan could get back together."

Andy nods his head back to him. "If that's what they want, there's nothing stopping them from being together."

Max sits at the back booth slowly stirring his hot chocolate, thinking about how Robin confronted him and told him that they would never have a future together. He still can't believe that he went to such great lengths to try to win her, when the entire time she was never really interested in him. He feels like a fool for pursuing her so hard; not only a fool, but he wonders how he could have arranged for Adam to be caught in the scaffolding falling last fall at the boutique.

"He could have died," he whispers to himself. "And, for what? For a girl who isn't even interested in me. How could I have been so dumb?"

"You look sad," a voice calls out as Max looks up and sees Robin standing over him. "Are you okay?"

Max looks back down at his drink and continues to stir it. "I will be," he admits to her as she sits across from him. "I'm just thinking about our last conversation."

"I never meant to hurt you," she tells him as he looks into her eyes. "But, I had to be as honest as I could. I knew that you had a crush on me, but…"

"I get it," he waves his hand in the air, not needing to her that she wouldn't ever want to be with him. "It just sucks."

"You'll get over this," she tries to smile back to him. "You're a great, young guy, there is a girl out there for you."

"Thanks," he tries to smile back to her. "I'm just sorry for everything that I did trying to get you to notice me."

The comment makes Robin arch her eyebrow. "What, exactly, did you do to get me to notice you? And, why does it make you feel bad?"

Max looks up in surprise, wondering how he could have been so foolish to let that comment slip out. He gulps hard wondering how he can get out of it.

"Answer me, Max," Robin demands, as she starts to wonder everything that Max could have done in hopes of getting her attention. "What did you do? And, why are you sorry for it?"

The Black House; Helen, Barbara & Dawn's Home

"Here drink some of this water," Helen passes Dawn a glass as she sits on the sofa. Helen, Barbara and Adam are all still reeling from Dawn's announcement that she is pregnant with Jonah's child. The family had hoped that with Barbara out of jail that they would finally start to put this nightmare behind them, but with Dawn's announcement they all realize that they will be living with this for the rest of their lives.

"I don't need you guys to fuss over me," Dawn sets the glass of water down on the coffee table. "I'm fine, I really am."

"We are just surprised that this is happening," Adam tells his daughter. "We were all looking forward to coming together as a family and putting this behind us."

"I get it," Dawn stands up and moves closer to him. "I wanted nothing more than to never hear the name of Jonah again. But, I am going to have a baby."

"This is my fault!" Barbara cries at them. "How could I have done this?"

"It's not your fault," Dawn tries to tell her. "No one could have known this was going to happen."

"Have you thought about what you're going to do with the child?" Helen asks her as they lock eyes.

"I guess I can tell you," Dawn replies to her. "Shelley took me to have an abortion. I was going to end the child's life."

"But you're still pregnant?" Adam asks her as Barbara's face goes pale. She can't believe that her Granddaughter was going end her baby's life. Barbara has always been pro-life.

"I'm too far along to have the procedure," Dawn explains to them. "But, you guys remember Cheresa? The girl I met at the bible camp? Well, she's adopted and so, she gave me the idea that I could carry the baby to term and then give it up. I think that's what I'm going to do."

Helen hugs her daughter. "If you're sure that's what you want."

"It is," Dawn looks at Adam while Helen holds her. "I can't raise this child; I would resent it because of my feelings for Jonah. So, this is my best option. I just hope you guys will support me?"

"Of course," Adam grabs her hand. "We will not leave you during this time. We are in this together, right?"

"Right," Helen uneasily smiles back to him and at Dawn.

"Grandma, are you okay?" Dawn looks over to Barbara, who is sitting in an arm chair with her eyes covered.

"I'm just trying to process all of this," she admits. "It's a lot, but yes, I'll be there for you. Of course I will, sweetheart."

"Thank you," Dawn feels her eyes swell with water. "Cause, I can't do this alone."

"You aren't alone baby," Helen pulls her into another hug. "We are with you. Whatever you need, just let us know."

The Pampa Grill

Daisy quickly opens the door to the restaurant and moves inside. It's oddly quiet in the space, despite a birthday party supposed to be in full swing. She moves into main dining room and she can't believe that tables are being put back to their original spots. She sighs as she realizes that she must have missed the entire event because she was with Tyler. She knows that she and Tyler had been growing closer for months, and tonight it came to a climax when they had sex. Immediately after the act, however, she felt awful because she is married to Vinny. She just hopes that he can't see it on her face when they come face to face. She has to focus on her marriage and trying to repair the damage that has been done.

"Well, there you are," Vinny announces to his wife, as he slowly walks up to her. "I was just about to leave."

"I'm so sorry I'm late," she tells him as she pulls him into a hug.

"Care you to explain where you've been?" he coldly asks her as he holds her. They exit their embrace and he looks into her eyes. "I've been worried about you. You didn't call or even text me back."

"I know," she hates lying to him. "I got caught up at work. The power went out and there was no Wifi. I'm sorry that you were worried."

Vinny looks back at her and wonders if she is being honest. He doesn't know why she would lie, he is just frustrated with his wife right now. "I'm sorry I missed the party, did you have fun at least?"

"No, I didn't," he tells her. "I was too busy worrying about the whereabouts of my wife."

"I don't know how many times I can say I'm sorry."

"Forget it," he snaps back to her. "Let's just go home."

"Okay, let's go home," she replies to him, feeling the tension between the two of them thicker than it ever has before.

Tyler's Townhouse

Tyler pours himself another glass of red wine before he moves back to his sofa and sits down. As he looks into the flames in the fireplace, he can't help but think about how he and Daisy just finished making love for the first time. It was one of the best nights of his life, until she told him that it was a mistake. He knows that she is conflicted because of her marriage, but he realizes that they have been far closer than Daisy and Vinny in a very long time.

"I just wonder if we could be together now," he whispers to himself. "You're not happy with Vinny, you haven't been for a very long time. Once the initial shock wears off that we had sex, you'll realize that we could be together."

He takes another sip of his wine wondering what Daisy is thinking and feeling right now. He grabs his phone and sends her a quick text. "Don't worry about anything, we are okay. We can get through this together."

He takes another sip of his wine and puts his phone down. "We can be together Daisy, you just have to let us."

The Pier

Victoria tries to scream again, but her attacker places his hand over her mouth as he uses his free hand to try to remove her underwear. She squirms furiously as he holds her up against a brick wall. Her panties fall to the ground and she looks her attacker in the eyes, pleading with him to let her go. He looks back before he moves up to her and opens her legs with his knee.

Just as he is about to enter her, Shane comes up behind the attacker and bashes him over the head with a shovel. He slowly crumbles to the ground, knocked unconscious from the blow.

"Oh my God," Victoria cries as she rushes away from the man. "He was going to rape me…My God, thank goodness you got here when you did."

Shane grabs her and holds her in his arms as she weeps. "Don't worry, you're safe now. I won't let anything bad happen to you. Are you okay?"

Victoria exits his embrace and nods back to him. "Thanks to you, I'm fine. I'll be okay. I'm just shaking. I was so scared."

She looks down at the crumbled body on the ground. "What are we going to do about him?"

"I'll call the police," he tells her. "It might be a long time, but we have to make sure this son of a bitch pays for what he almost did to you."

Victoria shuts her eyes for a moment, her horrific past coming back to her. She opens her eyes and looks at Shane. "Okay, call the police. I agree, he has to pay."

Cassie's Office

The door to Cassie's office opens and she turns the light on before she pulls Robbie into the room and closes the door behind her.

"Are you sure about this?" he asks her as he moves closer to her.

She throws her jacket off and rushes up to him, kissing him passionately. "We both had a shitty night," she whispers in between kisses. "Can you think of a better way to end the day?"

He opens her blouse, exposing her bra. "You're so hot," he whispers into her ear. "I want you."

"Then have me," she purrs at him as she pushes him on to the sofa in her office. She crawls on top of him as their mouths find one another again.
