The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"Are you absolutely sure that you don't want to change your mind?" Adam asks Helen as he pours her a glass of white wine and then walks it over to her as she sits on the sofa in their house. They just got back from the hospital where Helen announced to Eva, Donovan and Shane that she won't press charges against Victoria for burying her alive because if she did, Victoria would go to jail and not get the help that she needs to ensure her multiple personalities do not come back. Helen thought that Victoria getting healthy was more important than her going to jail; now Adam just wants to ensure his ex-wife isn't have any second thoughts. "Once you close this chapter, Helen, you can't go back. If you want Victoria to pay, you have to take action now."

Helen accepts the glass of wine from Adam and purses her lips together. "I was up all night mulling over this decision," she tells him. "I know that what Victoria did to me is unforgivable but Eva is right, if I send Victoria to jail she will never get better. And then what? This Brandy woman can hurt someone else? That would fall on to me. No, I can't press charges. I just want Victoria to get healthy so we can all move on from this and ensure no one else is hurt the way I was."

"You're a remarkable woman Helen," Adam smiles over to her. "I don't think many people would do what you're doing."

"I got my life back," Helen replies to him quickly. "The next person might not be so lucky."

"I just hope Victoria gets the help that she needs."

"Me too," Helen looks back at him. "And, in the meantime, I just want to move on. I want to put this all behind me."

"I'll help you with that in any way I can," Adam tells him.

Helen pulls him into a hug. "I know," she whispers into his ear. "I can't thank you enough for your support. I don't know how I would have gotten through any of this without you by my side, Adam."

"I'm not going anywhere Helen," Adam looks into her eyes. "I'll always be in your corner."

Twin Peaks University

Andrew opens the door to the classroom and quickly moves inside. The large room is almost full as the first summer class is about to begin and many students are already waiting for class to begin. He finds an empty seat and sits down before he pulls out the text book for world history and his laptop. He looks around and immediately notices some attractive young women in his class. He smirks to himself, already thinking that this is the perfect way to get Paige out of his system.

The loud bell rings indicating that the class is about to begin. The door opens and a long legged woman walks into the room wearing a black pencil skirt and a fuchsia blouse. Andrew looks at her and can't take his eyes off her; she is older than him but he can't deny that she is a very beautiful woman.

"Good day," she drops her bag off at her desk and looks into the classroom. "And, welcome to world history. My name is Albertinah Michaels and I'll be your instructor for this class."

Andrew immediately realizes that she is Chris' sister since they have the same last name; he never did hear back from Chris about whether or not his sister was teaching this summer or not. Now, Andrew is not only in her class but attracted to her.

"I have two rules," Albertinah continues to the class. "One, be on time. And two, be engaged. Does everyone think they can handle that?"

"Yea," there's a soft murmur back from the students as the door to the class room opens again.

"Sorry I'm, like, late," Abby shuffles into the room and desperately looks to find a seat. She makes eye contact with Andrew and gives him a wave.

"Now that you've interrupted the class, do you think you can find a seat and be quiet so we can proceed?" Albertinah looks back at Abby annoyed that her first rule has already been broken.

"Of course," Abby smiles back to her as she sits down. "I'm, like, super excited to start learning!"

Albertinah rolls her eyes. "Great, let's get started."

Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

"How are things with the new line? I'm looking forward to the next update with the entire team," Dominick tells Tyler as they review some documents at Dominick's desk in the office in the tall tower. Dominick, and the entire Robertson team, have been working extremely hard on the new winter/ski line that they want to launch for the upcoming winter. This is the company's way to compete with Roboto's very successful Teen line from the previous year; Dominick knows that they have to try to regain some of that market share, and with Bob passing, this is the perfect time to do just that.

"Things are going very well on my end," Tyler tells his father. "But, I have been thinking about something."

Dominick arches his eyebrow as he looks back to his son. "What would that be? I hope it is nothing that will get in the way of this line."

"No, just the opposite actually," Tyler replies to him. "I've been thinking about the marketing of the line. And, we need an expert to do that."

"You want to hire another member to the team?" Dominick asks him back. "You don't think Jeff will market the hell out of this line?"

"I think Jeff will do a good job," Tyler admits to him. "But, we could use someone with even more connections and savvy."

"And, who would that be?"

"I thought you'd never ask," Tyler stands up and moves to the door to the office. He opens it and Daisy appears. "Come on in."

"Dominick, hi," Daisy smiles over to him as he stands up from his chair.

Dominick looks at Tyler and then back at Daisy. "So, you think you'd be a good job marketing my new line?"

"I know I would," Daisy replies to him. "Being in the mayor's office for so long, I have learned how to spin any situation into a positive light. I know that I would be a huge asset to Robertson, and this line. You just have to give me the chance."

"You won't regret this hire, Dad, I'm telling you."

Dominick smiles back to them. "I think you're on to something," he admits to them. "You're hired, Daisy. Welcome to the team."

Daisy hugs Tyler before she turns back and shakes Dominick's hand. "Thank you so much!" she replies to Dominick as Tyler looks on thrilled that his idea worked.

The Sugarbowl

"How was your time away?" Andrew asks Vinny as they sit at the window bar of the coffeehouse. Following his first day of classes, Andrew went to the Sugarbowl as he knows he will need more caffeine since Albertinah gave the class four chapters to read and he really wants to impress her. He also knows that he will have to deal with Abby, who has already been texting him non-stop about studying and reading together. When Andrew arrived, he happened to see his uncle and thought they could catch up.

"It was surprisingly refreshing," Vinny tells him. "I needed the break. I feel … a renewed sense of life and drive."

"I need to get into the sun on a more regular basis then," Andrew chuckles back to him.

"How was the first day of school?" Vinny asks him back.

"It was better than I thought it would be," Andrew admits to him, thinking about how many good looking girls, including his teacher, he saw. "I think I'm really going to enjoy it there."

"That's awesome man," Vinny tells him.

"So, you saw Brett?"

"Yea, we had dinner together."

"What's he up too?"

"He's designing for some local company. Shirts and toques and stuff," Vinny tells him, recalling his conversation with twin in LA.

Andrew arches his eyebrow. "Ah, wow, Small world."

"What do you mean?" Vinny asks him.

"When I saw Trenyce the other day she told me that Robertson is creating a new winter line and that she's crazy busy with it," Andrew reveals to him. "It's just odd that Brett is also doing design stuff at the same time."

Vinny pauses as he picks up his coffee, the wheels in his head turning again. He doesn't know why but he feels like this piece of information might help him with his quest to get revenge on Daisy and Tyler.

"Yea, I guess it is a small world," Vinny uneasily smirks back to him, still wondering what his next move should be.

At the back booth, Donovan and Andy sit across from one another with iced coffees in front of them. Donovan can't believe the story that Andy just told him of how he and Nicholas were in the middle of making love for the first time when Melissa, Phil and the Arch Bishop walked in. The Bishop had really undermined Nicholas' work in the restoration of the church and that left Nicholas feeling like he wasn't going to be a priest anymore, which is why they ended up in bed. Melissa, unknowingly to everyone else, had convinced the Bishop to apologize to Nicholas and that is when they walked in on Andy and Nicholas having sex.

"What horrible timing of everything," Donovan tells his friend. "First for you and Nicholas to finally get to that point in your relationship and then for Melissa and everyone else to walk in; I can't imagine what you guys are going through."

"I've never been so embarrassed," Andy admits to him. "I mean, that is something that no one else should see, you know? And, if I felt that way I'm sure it was amplified by a million for Nicholas."

"How is he doing?"

Andy shrugs back to him. "I tried to apologize but he told me that he didn't want to see me anymore," he replies to him. "That hurt so much because I thought…"

"You thought you'd be together?"

"Yea," Andy nods back to him. "We both did. He thought he wasn't going to be a priest anymore."

"Oh Andy, this is a mess," Donovan replies to him. "If you want my advice, it would be to just give Nicholas some time. Once all of this settles down, you never know what might happen. But right now, he's hurt over getting caught and getting denounced from the church."

"Yea," Andy tries to put a smile on his face. "Anyways, what's up with you and Lukas? Are you guys on better terms?"

"I'd like to think so," Donovan smiles back to him. "In fact, I'm wondering what you think of this?"

Andy's eyes open wider in surprise as Donovan pulls out a ring box from his pants pocket and slides it across the table. Andy opens the ring box and sees a ring inside.

"You're going to ask Lukas to marry you?" Andy asks him back in surprise.

"Yea, do you like the ring?"

"I do," Andy smiles back to him. "I can't tell you how happy this makes me. At least one of us deserves happiness."

"Thanks Andy," Donovan tells him. "And don't worry, your time will come too. I know that you and Nicholas will end up together."

Twin Peaks Executive Hotel

"You didn't really think that we would leave town without saying goodbye, did you?" Melissa asks her son as she looks around the hotel room that her son is staying in. She still hates that he has been reduced to living in a hotel but she knows that he can't go back to the church right now; he has to give it time and hopefully then he can get his job back.

Nicholas shrugs back to her and then looks over at Phil. "I wasn't sure, to be honest," he admits to his parents. "After everything that happened at the gala, I'm surprised anyone is still talking to me."

"We certainly don't appreciate what happened," Phil tells Nicholas. "But, we do still love you, Nicholas. That hasn't changed."

"I love you guys too," Nicholas replies to them. "And, I'm really sorry for everything that happened. I'm incredibly ashamed."

"All that matters now is that you try to put your life back together," Melissa tells him. "You need to reach out to the Bishop and see if there's anything you can do to get your position back."

"I'm not sure that's a good idea," Nicholas says back to them. "At least right now. I think I need to give him time and space."

"That's a good idea," Phil nods. "But, you need to reach out at some point. What other options do you have?"

"But darling," Melissa comes up to him. "You have to do me a favor, please, promise me that you will stay away from Andy Spinnes. He's no good for you; because of him, you've lost your job and the church. Promise me that you'll stay away from him?"

Nicholas sighs as Melissa hugs him. "Don't worry," he tells his mother. "I have no intentions of ever seeing Andy again. Whatever we had, it is over."
