Robertson Enterprises

"I'll have the contracts sent over as soon as they're ready Vinny, but I can't tell you how excited I am by this arrangement," Dominick says into his cell phone as he stands outside the board room at Robertson Enterprises. Dominick recalls how the previous day Vinny showed up at his office and suggested that Dominick hire him as a consultant designer after Vinny revealed that he has been designing since his divorce from Daisy. Dominick, at first, was skeptical but after he saw Vinny's designs, he realized they were very good. Of course, Dominick realizes that he couldn't hire Vinny on as a full time employee because both Tyler and Daisy are working for him, so the consultant position is the perfect solution.

"I really appreciate you taking the time to get back to me so quickly Dominick," Vinny says as he stands in the living room of his mansion. "I'm glad that we could come to this agreement."

"Me too Vinny," Dominick replies to him quickly. "Look, I'm about to go into a meeting. I'm having the contracts courier over to you. If you have any questions, please contact me. Otherwise, I'll wait for the signed copy to be returned and we can move forward from there."

"Sounds good," Vinny tells him before he hangs up the phone. Vinny gets a huge grin on his face knowing that his plan to get revenge on Daisy and Tyler for their torrid affair is well underway now.

"This is perfect," he whispers to himself, thrilled that this is finally taking shape. He has been toying with the idea of getting revenge on his ex-wife and her lover and now, he can't go back. "I just have to keep up my end of things and everything will fall perfectly into place."

Back at Robertson Enterprises, Dominick opens the door to the board room and moves inside as he sees Leah, Jeff, Donovan, Tyler, Daisy and Trenyce sitting at the table waiting for him to arrive.

"Sorry I'm late," he announces to his team as he sits at the table. "I am very eager to hear about everyone's progress on the winter ski line, but I have some news first."

"What is it Dad? Is it about the line?" Leah asks him back, wondering what news he is talking about.

"Yes it is," Dominick smiles back to his team. "For starters, I've been in contact with Caldwell's Mountain Ski resort; they've agreed to let hosting our official launch party this November."

"That is fantastic," Donovan tells him. "That is the perfect place for our launch."

"That's what I was thinking," Dominick says back to his team. "People could use the product almost immediately. But, November isn't that far away, so we have to ensure our products are ready by then."

"I don't think that will be a problem. I'm almost done my initial designs," Trenyce replies to him.

"Speaking of designs," Dominick looks back at her. "I have been really impressed with what you've come up with Trenyce, but I was also hoping to get another perspective."

Trenyce arches her eyebrow back to him. "What does that mean?"

"Vinny Victors came to see me and he showed me these," Dominick passes around Vinny's designs to the group. "I've hired him as a consultant to design for our line. He won't be working here full time, just on this project."

"Since when is my ex-husband designing?" Daisy asks as she looks at the designs in front of her. "These are good, though."

"He said he's been drawing since the divorce; he's used it as a creative outlet, " Dominick reveals to her as Daisy looks over at Tyler. "Look, that's why I hired him as a consultant; I didn't want it to be awkward since we have hired you."

"It's fine," Daisy nods back to him. "These designs are really good."

"Great," Dominick smiles back to his team. "Now, let's get back to work team. We have a lot to do before November."

Adam's Townhouse

"When you asked me to come over, I wasn't expecting this," a naked Robin lays next to Adam in his king size bed as they just finished making love. Robin knows that Adam has been pretty preoccupied with Helen since they discovered that she was buried alive; she is just glad that they have reconnected in this way because she has felt insecure, even though he has continued to tell her that they should be together.

"Are you complaining?" Adam chuckles back to her as he looks at her. "Because, I thought it was amazing. I had missed you."

"I missed you too," Robin admits to him. "And, I'm definitely not complaining. This was long overdue."

"You're telling me," Adam tells her. "Look, I know I've been busy with Helen and Dawn, but Robin, you're my future. You have to know that. I want to be with you."

"How does Helen feel about that?"

Adam shrugs back to her. "She knows that you're the one I'm in love with. I told her that the other day, actually."

"You did, huh?" Robin smiles back to him before she leans in and kisses him. "You know that I love you too. I'm glad we had this time together."

"Me too," Adam tells her. "So, what's going on with you? Fill me on the latest."

Robin sighs and wonders where she should begin with the drama with Nicholas and the church and Max dating Paige. She knows that she has warned Jeff and Leah about Max but she hasn't revealed why she doesn't trust him.

"I'm actually glad that we are alone because there is something I've been meaning to talk to you about," Robin tells him with intent.

"Sounds serious, what's up?"

"I might have to tell Jeff and Leah what Max did to us to try to keep us a part," Robin reveals to him as Adam sits up in the bed, alarmed by what he just heard.

"You can't do that," Adam replies to her. "My son could be in serious trouble if anyone found out how far he went that night. We agreed to this, Robin."

"I know," Robin waves her hand back to him. "But, Max has been growing closer to Paige and …I don't want her to get hurt. I would just tell Leah and Jeff and swear them to secrecy."

"Why do you care if my son is seeing Paige?"

"I…I just don't want her to get hurt," Robin tells him. "I'm not trying to hurt Max, I'm trying to protect Paige."

"I don't like this," Adam admits to her. "I don't like this one bit."

The Tower's; Floor Three; Shelley's Condo

"It sure is nice to see you girls," Shelley tells Dawn and Chersea as she moves into the living room of her condo with a bowl of popcorn and some soda's. She sets the tray on the coffee table and the moves to sit next to Dawn on the sofa. "Help yourself, please don't be shy."

"Thank you, Shelley," Dawn says as she grabs a handful of popcorn. "It's nice to get out and see my friends again."

"You must be so thrilled to have your Mom back," Shelley tells her. "I still can't believe that she was in that coffin the entire time."

"None of us can believe it," Dawn admits to her. "I'm just so grateful to have her back. I'll never take her for granted again."

"You seem pretty quiet Cheresa, what's on your mind?" Shelley asks her, realizing that she has barely said two words since they arrived.

Cheresa looks back at her friends and feels her eyes swell with water. "I'm sorry, I'm being silly for getting emotional."

"You're not silly, tell us what's up?" Dawn replies to her as she reaches over and touches Cheresa's knee. "We are here for you."

A tear strolls down Cheresa's face and she wipes it away immediately. "I'm really glad that you have your Mom back Dawn," she looks at her friend. "I guess, it just makes me realize that I will never find my biological parents. And, I know that it shouldn't matter to me but I was hoping that I could find them. It just doesn't seem like it is in the cards for me."

"What did Brooke and Greg say?" Shelley asks her back, having not heard the story before.

Cheresa explains to her friend how Brooke and Greg told her that her adoption was closed so they had no information about her biological parents.

"There must be something more that we can do," Dawn tells Cheresa. "If you want to find your parents, if it's that important to you, there must be something more."

"I actually have an idea," Shelley replies to them as both girls look at her. "What if you hired a private investigator to look into your parents? They could do a lot of research that we might not think about."

Cheresa looks back at her in surprise. "I hadn't ever thought about that before," Cheresa admits. "But that is a good idea. I like that a lot."

The Sugarbowl

Craig grabs his coffee from the barista and moves over to the coffee bar to add some sugar and cream into his beverage before he turns his head and sees Nicholas sitting by himself in the back booth. Craig looks over at his friend and wonders how he is really doing; he had heard that Nicholas lost his job at the church because he was caught having sex with Andy at the gala by the Arch Bishop. Craig starts to move to the booth to see his friend hoping to offer his support, since Nicholas was so supportive to him when he believed he was HIV positive.

"Hey," Craig sits across from him. "Want some company?"

Nicholas looks up from his coffee and shrugs his shoulders. "Not sure I will be the best company."

"I heard about what happened at the gala," Craig admits to him. "I'm sorry that the Bishop caught you and Andy together. That couldn't have been easy."

"I lost my partner to HIV and that was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through," Nicholas reveals to him. "But this has been the most embarrassing. I never thought that I would go down this path again with a man. And the Bishop, he was so upset with me. I don't know how I will ever get past this."

Craig reaches over and grabs his hand. "You're a young, attractive man Nicholas. It seems silly that you would not want to be with another guy ever again. I know you were committed to the church, but you still have needs."

Nicholas shakes his head. "And that has cost me everything," he whispers back to him. "I don't know if I will ever get over this, Craig. I just don't think I can."

Robertson Enterprises

"Andy, what brings you by?" Donovan asks his friend as he sees Andy walk into his office. Donovan is still super busy with the upcoming ski/winter line but he will take some time to talk to Andy, knowing that his friend is going through a rough time with everything that has happened with Nicholas. "Or, do I even have to ask?"

Andy moves up and hugs his friend. "I won't take up a lot of your time, I know you're busy. I guess I just needed to see a friendly face."

"You know I'm always here for you," Donovan replies to him. "How are things with Nicholas?"

"There hasn't been any change," Andy admits to him. "I tried to apologize to him and he told me that he didn't want to see me again. My heart is breaking; I just want him to know that we can still be friends."

"Maybe he just needs time? Once things settle maybe he will realize that you two can still have some kind of relationship?"

"I'm not sure that is possible," Andy tells him. "I don't know how to make this up to him, Donovan."

"I wish I knew what to say or what to do," Donovan replies to him. "It's complicated because of Nicholas' connection to the church."

"And that connection could be ruined forever because of me," Andy sighs heavily back to him. "What have I done Donovan?"

The Pampa Grill

"I don't know what Robbie and Natasha< are planning but you have to do me a favor," Kim tells Josh Levitt as they sit huddled together at a table in the restaurant. Kim has hired Josh to be her lawyer in the upcoming court case against Robbie and Natasha as they will contest Bob's will; Kim will stop at nothing to ensure that she continues to have everything that her dead husband left her in his will. She won't let his children take anything more away from her.

"What is that?" Josh asks her back as he takes a sip of his water in front of him.

"We have to stop Robbie and Natasha," Kim tells him. "I will do anything I can to make sure that I am left with everything that my husband wanted me to have. They can't take anything away from me; I can't even believe they are contesting the will."

Josh nods back to her. "I will do my best," he replies to her. "But, if you really want to win, it means that we have to mention every dirty thing that Robbie and Natasha have ever done. Are you sure you're ready to go down that path?"

Kim doesn't hesitate with her response. "Absolutely," Kim says back to him. "And, I can give you the very long list of things that both of them have done to prove that they aren't worthy of Bob's legacy. I know that they will drag me through the mud so I am more than willing to do the same."

"You really mean business, don't you?"

"You're damn straight I do," Kim replies to him sternly. "If those two brats think that they can pretend that Bob and I weren't incredibly happy together, they have another thing coming. I will defend my marriage to Bob and I will keep what is rightfully mine."

The Calimo Mansion

"So, you two have given me a very long list of things that Kim did to your father," Lois Kam tells Robbie and Natasha as they sit together in the living room of the Calimo mansion. Lois usually doesn't get involved in personal matters, but considering her connection to the Calimo family, she made an exception to represent Robbie and Natasha while they contest their father's will. "Some of these things you mentioned are rather disturbing."

"That's exactly why we have to stop her from getting this house," Natasha replies to her quickly. "That woman put my father through hell and back; there's no way she should be getting this house or a job at my father's company."

"I have to admit to you both," Lois says back to them. "If you are going to put Kim through this kind of intense testimony, she will likely return the favor. Are you two ready for all of your dirty laundry to be aired out?"

Robbie uneasily sighs back to her. "We thought about that," he admits to her. "And we agreed that this is the only option we have. We can't let Kim get away with this. We have to stop her."

"And, we haven't hurt my father the way Kim has," Natasha continues. "So, yes, we realize that some of our past mistakes will be mentioned. But neither one of us hurt my father the way Kim did."

Lois uneasily nods back to her. "This could get ugly, I just want you two to be prepared for that."

"We are more than prepared," Natasha tells her. "We just want our father's legacy protected. And we will stop at nothing to ensure that."

The Claus House; Leah, Jeff & Paige's Home

"We are surprised to see you again so soon," Leah tells Robin as she moves into the living room of their house, where Jeff is waiting for them as well. Leah got a text from Robin asking to meet her at the house; the agreed as they assume it has to do with Max and Paige's budding relationship.

"I had to see you two," Robin admits to them. "I was just with Adam, and he knows that I have concerns about Max and Paige's relationship."

Jeff arches his eyebrow back to her. "I spoke to Paige and she told me that they are just friends. She told me that I had nothing to worry about."

"Max told me the same thing at the gala at St. Joseph's," Robin informs them. "But, after we have all seen them kiss, we know that something more is happening between them."

"What was Adam's take on this?" Leah asks her sister.

"He didn't think we should interfere, but I can't help it," Robin replies to them. "Not after what Max did to Adam and I."

"Okay, you've mentioned that a few times now," Jeff says back to her. "If you want us to protect our daughter, we have to know what we are dealing with."

Robin slowly nods back to them. "Adam didn't want me to say anything but I have to do what I think is for the best for Paige," she tells them. "So, I'll tell you. But, you have to promise me that it stays between us. No one else can know what Max did."

Leah and Jeff look at one another with concern on their face. "Okay…" Leah uneasily responds to her. "We won't say anything. What did Max do?"

"You remember Adam's accident at the boutique a few years ago?" Robin begins to tell them as they nod back to her. "Well, it wasn't an accident at all…"
