Twin Peaks General Hospital

Despite it trembling, Trenyce's hand holds her face up as she sits in the waiting room of the hospital as she is still in shock that Brad has died after he was stabbed in her house on New Year's Eve. Trenyce can't help but blame herself for everything that has happened since the attacker was trying to kill her; Brad saw the attacker about to stab Trenyce so he pushed her out of the way and he ended up getting stabbed as a result. She feels more water fill her eyes as she thinks that she is the one who should be dead, not Brad.

"You didn't eat any of the food I brought from the Pampa Grill," Daisy looks over at her niece with worry on her face. "Are you sure you're not hungry?"

"I couldn't eat even if I was," Trenyce whispers back to her. "I keep replaying New Year's Eve over and over in my mind. The killer," she gasps. "They wanted to kill me. I am the one they were trying to kill, not Brad. It's my fault that he's gone. This is all my fault."

Daisy pulls her into a hug and holds her as she weeps. "Don't you say that," Daisy says back to her. "This is not your fault. You had no idea that someone was going to attack you! And you had no idea that Brad was going to push you out of the way. He's a hero, Trenyce."

"He saved my life," she says as tears fall down her cheeks. "And, his reward was being killed? It doesn't seem fair."

Before Trenyce or Daisy can say anything else, Brooke and Greg reappear in the waiting from after they saw Brad's body in the morgue. Brooke immediately pulls her ex-husband into a hug as she is still struggling with seeing her dead son. She doesn't know if that was the best idea because now the image of Brad's dead body will haunt her for the rest of her life.

"I don't know if that was a good idea," she whispers to him. "I will never get that image out of my mind."

"He didn't look anything like our beautiful son," Greg agrees with her. "I don't know how we are going to tell Abby and Cheresa; they've both been through so much already with Abby losing Sonny and Cheresa losing Shelley."

"I know," Brooke nods back to him. "This family has been through so much … and now to lose Brad? My God, Greg."

"Everyone is here," a voice calls out from the entry way of the waiting room. Trenyce, Daisy, Brooke and Greg turn and see Simona walk into the waiting room. "I have some news about Brad's death."

"What is it?" Greg asks the detective, curious to know what she has to say about his son's murder. "What have you uncovered?"

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I can't tell you how pleased I am to hear that Dominique is slowly getting better," Dominick pulls Robin into a hug as they stand outside the ICU, where his granddaughter is still in her incubator. Robin just finished telling Dominick that they got word that Domi's lungs are developing to the point where she might get out of the ICU soon.

"Thanks Daddy," Robin smiles back to him as they exit their embrace. "All of our prayers are finally being answered."

"That beautiful little girl is a fighter," Dominick smiles back to her. "She will pull through this, I know she will."

Robin wipes a tear from her eye. "I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me, for us."

"You know that I would move heaven and earth for you if I could," he tells his daughter. "Now, I must get going, but you will keep me posted on Domi's progress?"

"Of course," Robin smiles back to him. "Love you."

"Love you too," Dominick tells her before he walks away from her.

Robin turns and looks through the glass window into the ICU and sees her daughter sleeping. She gets a small smile on her face at the sight. She just can't wait for the day to come when she gets to take Domi home and she can start really being her mother.

"How is she doing?" a voice calls out from behind Robin. She turns and is surprised to see Adam standing behind her. "She's beautiful, by the way."

"Adam, this is a surprise," Robin admits to him, having not seen him since she went into labour. The night is still fresh in her mind as Adam regained his memory, which means he recalled her affair with Shane which produced baby Domi. "I wasn't expecting you."

Adam shrugs back to her. "I saw Helen earlier and I just realized I hadn't come to see you since the night you gave birth. How is Domi?"

"She's actually doing really well," Robin nods back to him. "The doctors think that if she continues on this path, she will leave the ICU soon."

"That's fantastic news," Adam looks back at her. "And you? How are you doing?"

"I am fine," Robin admits to him. "I have recovered from giving birth and I am just putting all of my energy into my daughter now. She needs me more than anyone or anything."

"I'm glad that the two of you are doing well," Adam admits to her. "Despite everything, Robin, I still care very much about you."

"I know," Robin tells him. "And, I am sorry for what happened between Shane and I, Adam. But I can't apologize because without that, I wouldn't have my child."

"You are going to be a great mother Robin," Adam smiles back to her. "You've wanted this for so long, I'm glad it is finally happening for you."

"Thank you," Robin looks back at him. "Maybe when this is all said and done, you can be a part of her life too, Adam."

Adam grins back to her. "Yea, maybe."

The Pampa Grill

"I have been meaning to go see Robin myself," Cory tells Leah as they sit across from one another in the busy restaurant. Cory can't help but remember the time when he and Robin were married and she gave birth to a stillborn baby; it seems so long ago but he has been thinking about it since Robin just gave birth to Domi.

"Domi is doing much better," Leah replies to him quickly. "They think she might get to leave the ICU soon."

"That is really good news," Cory nods back to his lover. "After everything Robin has been through, she deserves this."

"You're thinking about your daughter with her, aren't you?"

"It's impossible for me not too," Cory admits back to her. "But, it was a long time ago."

Leah nervously looks at him. "Maybe this isn't a good time to tell you this…"

"Tell me what? What's going on?"

"I have a doctor's appointment," Leah reveals to him. "An appointment to see if it would be safe for us to have a child."

Cory smiles back to her. "When is it? I can go with you?"

"You still want to do this? I was worried about you talking about your past with Robin made you change your mind?"

"I want to do this," Cory looks back at her. "That hasn't changed. Do you still want to do this?"

"More than anything else," Leah smiles back to him.

MWI

"My God," Meggan whispers to herself as she hangs up the phone as she sits behind her desk in her office. She just got off the phone and has learned that Brad is dead. After everything she and Brad went through, she can't believe that this is how it will end for them. "What a nightmare."

"Meg, what is it? What's wrong?" Jeff asks her as he opens the door to her office and moves inside. He can see that she is upset about something.

"Thank God you're here," Meggan stands up and rushes into his arms as tears form in the corners of her eyes.

"Meggan, you're scaring me, what's up?"

"It's Brad Lawson," Meggan exits their embrace and looks into his eyes. "He's dead. He was stabbed on New Year's Eve."

"What? I wasn't expecting that news today," Jeff gasps back to her. "No wonder you're shaken. And, stabbed? Like Shelley Hamilton was?"

Meggan uneasily nods back to him. "Looks like Simona Lopez was right, there is a serial killer in Twin Peaks."

Jeff shakes his head back to her shock just as Meggan's phone rings. She moves back to her desk and picks it up. "MWI, Meggan speaking," she says into her phone. "Andy, hi. Yes, I was going to call you. I'll have an update for you very soon, okay? Thanks for understanding."

Jeff watches as she hangs up the phone. "Hard to focus on your clients when this is going on, huh?"

"You have no idea," Meggan covers her mouth. "I just can't believe that Brad is gone. I really can't believe it."

Jeff quickly moves up to her and wraps his arms around her again as Meggan fights more tears in her eyes.

Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

Eva takes a deep breath as she stands outside of Dominick's office door at Robertson Enterprises. She hasn't been able to stop thinking about seeing her husband with Felicia at the Pampa Grill the other day. She refuses to accept the fact that she might lose her marriage to Felicia. She has to put an end to this once and for all.

She opens the door and quickly moves inside, dropping her large coat on the sofa before looking back at the desk and at Dominick. "We need to talk, Dominick, it is important."

"Do you ever knock?" Dominick huffs back at his wife. "You barge in here every other day making the same damn old demands of me."

"I saw you the other day," Eva ignores him. "You and Felicia were at the Pampa Grill."

Dominick looks back at her in surprise. "We were having breakfast together. The last time I checked it wasn't a crime to eat with someone."

"You know very well that you and Felicia are always doing more than just eating," Eva shrieks back to him. "I won't lose you to that woman!"

"You lost me because of your affair with William, need I remind of that?"

"Dominick, please, you know that I love you," Eva moves closer to the desk. "We can make this work."

"And I told you, I don't know if love is enough to save us this time, Eva," Dominick stands up and moves to the bar where he pours himself a scotch. "You and I, we are over. For good, this time."

"Well," Eva moves up to him. "I'm going to tell you this, Dominick. I will never sign those divorce papers if it means you are getting back together with Felicia! Do you understand me? Never! You and Felicia will never be together, mark my words!"

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Please Simona, tell us what you found," a hoarse voiced Trenyce moves up next to Brooke and Greg as they all await the detective's word on Brad's death. "Have you found the son of a bitch who killed Brad?"

"Not yet," Simona uneasily replies to the grieving family. "But, I did a search of the crime scene and from everything I found, it was definitely the same person who killed Shelley Hamilton."

"What are you saying, exactly, detective?" Greg asks her with intent.

"I'm saying," Simona gulps back to everyone. "The rose peddle serial killer struck again."
