The Sugarbowl

"It was nice spending the night with you," Albertinah purses her lips together before she takes a sip of her coffee as she sits across from Andrew in the back booth of the coffeehouse. She knows that after they left Tyler's townhouse where they were supporting Trenyce, who is still devastated by Brad's death, she and Andrew went back to his place and made love all night long. She felt like she needed him after the day that they had, and he clearly felt the same.

"This is nice, isn't it?" he looks back at her. "I mean, us being together without the worry about what anyone thinks about us."

"I don't know why I let my job ever get in the way of that before."

"It is water under the bridge," Andrew looks back at her. "What is important is that we are together now."

"I need to know something Andrew," she replies to him quickly. "And I need you to be very honest with me."

Andrew looks back at her as he arches his eyebrow. "What is it?"

"How are you doing, really? You just lost Sonny and now this news that Brad was killed," Albertinah says back to him. "That's a lot for anyone to take in."

Andrew uneasily smiles back to him. "I'm okay," he nods to her. "I'm still grieving my son, of course, but I wasn't that close to Brad. If anything, it just sucks that Trenyce and Abby have to go through this. Especially Abby since she also just lost Sonny."

"Life sure has a way of making it pour when should only be raining, huh?"

"I've been thinking," Andrew looks over at her. "Abby is with her family, which is where she should be. But Trey, she's with Tyler. That's not right."

"What are you suggesting?"

"I think she should move in with me for the time being," Andrew reveals to her. "My apartment has that second room, she could stay there. There's no way I want her going back to her house with that killer still on the loose."

Albertinah uneasily nods back to him. "You, uh, realize, if she accepts nights like last night won't come as often?"

Andrew chuckles back to her. "I get that but this is about doing the right thing, don't you think?"

Albertinah sighs back to him. "If you really want to do this, I won't change your mind," she tells him. "But, that doesn't mean that I have to like it."

The Pampa Grill

"I'm not sure this is a good idea," Trenyce admits to Abby and Cheresa as they sit in the back corner table together. Cheresa and Abby told Trenyce that they wanted to take her for lunch so she could get out of the house since she hadn't really left since Brad's death. Trenyce only agreed because she really wanted to be with Cheresa right now; but now that she is a the restaurant, she isn't sure that she wants to be in public. "I feel like everyone is watching me."

"We are all mourning right now," Cheresa tells her mother. "Abby and I lost our brother on top of Abby losing Sonny and me losing Shelley. You don't see us staying coped up at home, do you? We have to still live our lives while we manage through this hard time."

Trenyce smiles back at her daughter. "You know," she says with a chuckle. "The child shouldn't sound like the parent but here you are."

"Cheresa has always been wise beyond her years," Abby grabs her sister's hand. "She is the youngest of all of us but Brad and I, we went to her for advice more times than she came to us."

"My daughter is always so thoughtful and caring," Trenyce looks back at her. "I did see a lot of that in Brad too. He was a good man."

"He was the best," Abby smiles while she gets tears in her eyes. "I just hope…"

"What? What do you hope Abby?" Cheresa asks her sister.

A tear falls down Abby's cheek. "I hope now, he can watch after Sonny in heaven. My baby boy isn't alone now, he has his uncle with him."

"Oh Abby," Cheresa pulls her into a hug. "I know this hurts, but like Dad said, we will get through this."

"She's right," Trenyce reaches over and grabs Abby's other hand. "We will all get through this, somehow, someway."

The Lawson Estate; Greg, Brooke, Abby & Cheresa's Home

"I can't say that I was very impressed with Simona yesterday," Brooke admits to Greg as she looks out the large windows that look into the large garden on the Lawson estate. Brooke recalls how the previous day she and Greg asked Simona to come over to get an update on her investigation into the Rose Peddle killer, but she hadn't uncovered any hard evidence yet.

"Neither was I," Greg comes up behind her and looks at the snow-covered yard. "I have always thought of that woman as being incompetent, but if she doesn't find out who killed our son, so help me God."

"Do not get me started on what I will do to that woman if she doesn't find my son's murderer," Brooke agrees with his statement. "I still can't believe that I have to say that … 'my son's murderer'."

"I don't think I will ever get used to saying that," Greg looks into her eyes. "This all seems like a horrible nightmare."

"What are we going to do, Greg? How are we possibly going to say goodbye to our little boy?"

Greg pulls her into a hug and bites his lip. "I wish I knew Brooke, I wish I knew."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I can't tell you how happy I am that Domi is doing better," Nicholas tells Robin as they sit across from each other in the cafeteria of the hospital together. Nicholas has been worried about his niece ever since she was born prematurely; the fact that Robin just told him that if Domi continues to improve, she could leave the ICU is music to his ears. "I guess all my prayers have been answered."

"Yours and mine," Robin nods back to him. "I have been so worried about her. I just don't know what I would have done if something had happened to her."

"Thankfully we don't have to worry about that anymore," Nicholas says back to her. "She will be okay, I have faith."

"Thanks for that Nicholas," Robin tells her brother. "What is the latest with you? Is Andy still searching for that Reese lookalike?"

Nicholas uneasily nods back to her as he knows that Meggan found Clayton at the One Day House; he has known about Clayton's whereabouts for weeks now but hasn't said anything to Andy because he is worried that Andy's obsession with him will cause him to leave Nicholas to pursue a something with Clayton.

"He is," he finally replies to her.

"Okay, I know that look on your face," Robin looks back at him. "What's going on?"

Nicholas sighs. "I never could keep anything from you," he admits back to her. "I am scared Robin, I am really scared."

"About what?"

"Andy's obsession with finding Reese and recreating what they had," he admits to her. "If he finds this guy and they hit it off, what will happen to us?"

"Oh Nicholas," Robin reaches over and grabs his hand. "This guy is not Reese, no matter what Andy could never recreate anything with him. And besides, Andy loves you with his whole heart."

"I wish I had faith in that. The truth is, I know where he is. I know where Clayton is."

"Clayton?"

"The Reese lookalike," Nicholas tells her. "I know where he is but I'm torn about telling Andy because of my fears."

Robin nods back to him. "If you want my advice," she says looking back at him. "I would tell Andy the truth. The truth always has a way of coming out, believe me. It would be better if it came from you."

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

Meggan opens the front door to her estate and sees Jeff standing on the other side holding two coffees and a bag of pastries from the Sugarbowl. She lets him move into the foyer so he can escape the cold weather.

"Morning," he tells her as he sets the goodies down on a table in the foyer so he can take his jacket off. "I thought you might want breakfast brought to you today since yesterday was tough after finding out about Brad."

"That's sweet of you," Meggan smiles back to him. "I didn't have the best of sleeps last night, that's for sure."

"I can only imagine," Jeff nods back to her. "I hope you're doing better this morning?"

She shrugs back to him. "As well as to be expected," she admits to him. "It's never easy losing someone you care about. Anyways, it was nice of you to bring the coffee, thank you," he says as she takes a sip of her drink.

"I thought it was the least that I could do," he tells her. "By the way, I ran into Leah yesterday. I told her about Brad, I hope that's okay?"

"Of course," she says. "It is going to be in the news, likely today, so everyone will know."

"I happened to ask her about her plans with Cory too," Jeff reveals to her. "They are planning to have a child."

Meggan looks back at him in surprise. "You're still obsessing about this? I thought you had moved on from this after you heard about this last year?"

"I don't know why it bothers me but it does."

"Maybe it is the lack of sleep but I'm really annoyed that you're thinking about your ex-wife and if she wants to have another child or not while dating me," Meggan snaps back at him. "But thanks again for the coffee."

Robertson Enterprises

"I must admit that I was pretty surprised to get this meeting invite from the three of you," Dominick tells Robbie, Natasha and Kim as they sit on a sofa in his office at Robertson Enterprises. With Dominick, Tyler and Felicia are also in the office with him. Tyler and Natasha, who are still keeping their affair a secret, uneasily look over at one another, which Kim happens to pick up on.

"We have some news that we thought you should hear about," Robbie tells Dominick back. "It's about Cassie Nova and the stolen funds from both of our companies."

Tyler looks back at them in surprise. "What news do you have?"

"You all know that Max Black quit Robertson Enterprises," Natasha continues to explain to everyone. "Jacob and Paige happened to ask him how he was going to survive and he indicated that he was inheriting money from Cassie's will."

"We don't believe Cassie was overly wealthy," Kim explains to everyone. "Depending on the amount of Max's inheritance, we suspect that he might actually be inheriting our company's money."

"How can we prove this?" Felicia asks as she puts her hands on her hip. "If he is getting the companies money, we should be able to get it back as they are stolen funds."

"We will have to request a source of funds," Dominick replies to everyone. "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We don't often get to work together."

Tyler and Natasha, again, look at one another. "It was our pleasure," Natasha says as she purses her lips. "We knew that we were all in this together."

"That's right," Kim nods back as she looks at Tyler and then Natasha. "We are all working towards the same goal without wanting to cause any more drama."

"Exactly," Tyler replies to her as they both look at Natasha. "We are going through enough right now to have more complications. I'm glad you see it that way, Kim."

The Sugarbowl

"I happened to see Victoria the other day at the Pampa Grill," Donovan tells his mother as they sit across from one another in the back booth of the coffee house. He knows that they have been worried about Victoria lately as she has been consistently suffering from headaches and she has been had time lapses, including missing Christmas Day. "She was only drinking water so I suspect she had another headache."

"Did she confirm that she had one?" Eva asks her son as she takes a sip of her coffee.

"No, but normally she would have had a glass of wine," Donovan tells her. "I suspect she didn't want to further worry me about her health."

"I'm still concerned that her personality, Brandy, is back," Eva admits to him. "Missing Christmas Day was really the last straw. I don't want to ignore this like we did the last time."

Donovan uneasily nods back to her. "Did you happen to hear about Brad Lawson?"

"Yes, it's awful," Eva shakes her head back to him. "I can't believe that there might be a serial killer on Twin Peaks."

"I know," Donovan nods back to her. "First Shelley Hamilton and now Brad…it is scary."

"Wait, what are you suggesting Donovan?" Eva looks back at him with concern.

"I just remember everything Brandy did the last time she took over Victoria," Donovan sighs back to her. "She falsely diagnosed Craig Benton with HIV, she killed Barbara Mills and she buried Helen Mills alive."

"You don't think…"

"That Brandy could be the serial killer?" Donovan shrugs his shoulders. "I don't know Mom, it is a possibility, isn't it?"

Eva covers her mouth in horror as tears fill her eyes. "My daughter a serial killer? My God, it could be true, couldn't it? We have to find out if this is the case, Donovan. We have too."
