The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory's Home

Leah looks around the room in desperation as she can hear a child crying. She can't place out her exact location, but it feels oddly familiar to her. As she looks around, trying to find the baby that is in destress, she runs her hand through hair as the cries get louder and louder. She hates that she can't find the baby to help make it stop crying.

"Where are you?" she asks as she freezes in the middle of the room and slowly puts her hands to her head as the crying is slowly driving her mad. "How can I help you if I can't find you?"

Suddenly, Leah jolts up in the large bed and looks around in confusion. Once she realizes where she is, she leans back in the bed and tries to get her heart rate down.

"Why do I keep having this dream?" she asks herself, knowing that she's had this dream on a recurring basis since she and Cory have started to try to have a baby together. "What is this dream trying to tell me?"

The Pampa Grill

"How are you feeling this morning?" Eva asks Victoria as they sit with Donovan at a table in the restaurant. Eva was pleasantly surprised that her daughter reached out to her and Donovan this morning; considering how she has been so sick lately, the last thing Eva expected was to have breakfast with her daughter this morning. Still, she has to hope that this is a good sign that Victoria is on the mend from her illness.

Victoria picks up her coffee and takes a sip of it. "I still have a headache," she admits to her mother and her brother. "But, I made a decision yesterday and I wanted you both to hear it from me."

Donovan looks back at his mother and wonders what Victoria is about to reveal to them as he knows that the last time he saw his sister, she admitted that she thought she saw Brandy standing in her living room. Eva and Donovan vowed to get her help because they realized that Victoria couldn't have seen Brandy; they realized that they had to get Victoria help after the event. He just hopes that Victoria will be willing to get the help that she clearly needs.

"What's going on, Vic?" he finally asks his sister.

"I know you two have been worried about me," Victoria tells her family. "And, I must admit, I was pretty scared myself after my hallucination of seeing Brandy in my living room. So, I did something, and I hope the two of you will support me."

Behind one of the large trees in the restaurant, Vinny lurks as he just emerged from the restroom and happened to hear the conversation between the family. He is there to pick up some takeout breakfast for him and Daisy, however, he needs to hear what is going on as he knows that he is drugging Victoria to make her appear to go crazy. He has to ensure that his plan will continue on; he has worked too hard for his plan to suddenly be stunted now.

"What did you do, Victoria?" Eva asks her daughter. "How should we be prepared to support you?"

"I made an appointment at Raven's Meadow," Victoria reveals to her family, as Vinny arches his eyebrow. "I have an appointment later this morning. I want to see what is wrong with me because I know something isn't right. I am hoping that a medical professional will be able to help me."

Vinny scurries away having not been seen by Victoria or her family. He knows that he must take action before it is too late after learning that Victoria is going to Raven's Meadow later today.

Back at the table, Eva gasps as she looks back at her daughter. "I can't tell you how proud I am of you," she fights getting tears. "For you to realize that something isn't right is a very big step, Victoria."

Victoria nods back to her family. "Seeing Brandy made me realize that something is definitely wrong," she tells them. "I just hope the doctor is able to tell me what's wrong once and for all."

Meanwhile, Vinny opens the door to the restaurant and walks outside. He grabs his phone and dials a number quickly. "Bryce, it's me," Vinny says into his phone. "I need you to do something for me today; it involves Victoria Franky," he says with a sly grin on his face.

Tyler's Townhouse

"Morning, you sure slept in this morning," Tyler tells Felicia, as his mother slowly walks into the kitchen and immediately moves to the coffee pot to pour herself a cup of coffee. He looks at the clock on the wall and realizes that it is much later than usual for his mother to be waking up; he can't help but recall the previous night when he saw Dominick and he told Tyler about Eva's theory that if Felicia was off her medication, she could be the Rose Peddle Killer. Dominick made it clear to Tyler, however, that he saw Felicia take a pill recently, so he does believe that she is on her medication right now. Tyler is still having a hard time believing that his mother would be a killer, even if she was off her medication.

"I suppose I was exhausted," Felicia replies to him as she looks at her hand shaking as she tries to pour herself a coffee. She manages to get a cup without spilling, which is a small victory for her. "And, I was having the most bizarre dreams."

Tyler arches his eyebrow back to her. "Do you remember what you were dreaming about? We could talk about it if you'd like?"

Felicia takes a sip of her coffee before she moves closer to the table. She can't help but recall how after her bubble bath the previous night, she thought she saw Brett standing in her bedroom. It felt so real, but he told her that she was dreaming when she asked him what he was doing in her room. She ended up in her bed, and when she got up from the bed, he was completely gone, which has made her believe that she was dreaming. She is worried, however, that if she tells her son what she saw that he will think that she is losing her mind.

"I don't remember," she finally replies to him, not wanting to worry him about her health.

Tyler looks over and notices that her hand is shaking. "Hey, did you take your pills this morning? I see you're a little shaky."

"No, I haven't," she admits to him.

"No worries, I'll go get you a pill," Tyler stands up from the table and rushes off to his mother's bedroom, leaving Felicia alone in the kitchen.

"Brett being in my room must have been a dream," she tells herself, once she realizes that Tyler is out of the room. "There's no other explanation. Why else would he have been here?"

The Sugarbowl

Nicholas grabs his large coffee from the barista and immediately moves to the coffee bar to put some cream and sugar into his beverage; he got a large coffee today because he has a lot of work to complete at the One Day House and he wants to ensure that he has enough caffeine to help him through the morning. As he prepares to leave, he happens to see Andy sitting alone at the window seat. He looks at his boyfriend and wonders if he has given Andy enough space to get over the fact that Nicholas didn't tell him that Clayton was staying at the One Day House all of those weeks. He understands why Andy is upset, he just hopes that this doesn't mean that their relationship must end as a result.

"Morning Andy," Nicholas says as he moves up to Andy's seat. "I got a wedding invite from Kim and Robbie, seems like the big day is tomorrow."

"Yea, Kim is really excited by it," Andy nods back to him.

"With everything going on between us, do you want me to go to the wedding?" Nicholas asks him back. He would like nothing more than to go to the event with his boyfriend but he doesn't want to pressure Andy into doing something he's not ready to do.

"It might be good for you to skip it," Andy looks back at him. "I am still wrapping my head around everything, and to be honest, I've been helping Kim so much, I haven't had a lot of personal time to reflect on what you did, Nicholas."

Nicholas uneasily nods back to him. "I can respect that," he manages to tell him. "I will stay away from the mansion tomorrow but please tell Kim that I wanted to be there. I would have loved to be there for her special day, and to be with you, of course."

"I know," Andy looks into his eyes. "The part that is killing me Nicholas, is that you are the very last person I ever thought would lie to me. That is something I am having a really hard time wrapping my head around."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Albertinah paces back and forth in the waiting room of the hospital as she waits to get some kind of update from Andrew on Trenyce's status. She recalls how the previous night, Andrew got an urgent text message from Abby telling him that Trenyce had collapsed and she was being rushed to the hospital. It was rather late, so she has been at the hospital all night, waiting for to hear about Trenyce's status. Just a few short moments ago, Andrew and Abby went to find a doctor to see if they could find out what is going on with Trenyce.

Albertinah stops and sighs to herself for a moment as she thinks about Chris; she hates that her brother is in jail right now as she knows that Trenyce would have so much more support if he was out of jail and was with her. She can only imagine what Trenyce is going through right now, having been attacked by the serial killer only for Brad to save her but end up dead himself.

"Damn it, Chris," she whispers to herself. "Why did you have to be away right now? Trenyce needs you more than ever before," she tells herself. "I just hope to God she is okay."

"Are you sure you want to go inside?" Abby asks Andrew as they stand outside of Trenyce's hospital room door. They came to see if they could get an update Trenyce since they have been at the hospital all night and they haven't heard anything about why she collapsed when she was with Abby the previous evening. Abby, in some ways, can't help but feel guilty about everything that is happening because she arrived at Trenyce's house and scared her into thinking that Abby was the Rose Peddle Killer returning to murder Trenyce. This appeared to have triggered a severe panic attack for Trenyce and Abby couldn't calm her down.

"I think so," Andrew nods back to her. "We aren't really family, so we might not get any update unless we hear it from Trenyce herself."

"Okay, let's go inside."

Andrew opens the door and let's Abby move into the hospital room before he follows her. They immediately see Trenyce sitting up in the bed while Shane is reviewing her file.

"You're awake, thank God," Abby breathes a sigh of relief. She has been worried sick since Trenyce collapsed in front of her; seeing that she is awake, is a huge relief.

"You gave us quite the scare," Andrew then tells Trenyce.

"I know, I am so sorry," Trenyce replies to them. "Abby, I can't thank you enough for getting me to the hospital as quickly as you did. I am sorry I put you through that."

"There's no need to apologize," Abby moves closer to her. "I am just glad that you're awake and that you're okay. You are okay, aren't you?"

Trenyce uneasily chuckles back to her. "I am fine, I think," she looks over at Shane. "Am I okay, Shane?"

Shane closes her file and looks back at Trenyce. "Do you want Andrew and Abby in the room while I discuss your file with you, Trenyce? If not, I can ask them to leave."

"No, it's fine," Trenyce waves her hand back to him. "They helped save me, they have a right to know what happened to me last night. Did I just have a panic attack?"

"Yes, that is part of it," Shane nods back to her. "But, there's another reason why you fainted, Trenyce."

Trenyce arches her eyebrow back to him. "What is wrong with me?"

"There's nothing wrong with you, exactly," he tells her quickly. "You're pregnant, Trenyce. You're going to have a baby," he tells her as Trenyce gasps back in absolute shock at the words she just heard.

The Claus House; Leah & Paige's Home

"I hope you're not mad that I wanted to come back to my place today," Leah tells Cory as they move their way up to the front door of her house. "I was running out of clothing and thought I should change out my suitcase."

Cory chuckles back to her. "That's fine," he tells her as they move inside the foyer. "You know the simple solution to this would be to just move in with me. After all, we are trying to have a child together."

Leah leans up and gives him a kiss on the lips. "Let me talk to Paige about that first, okay?" she tells him. "I mean, she's mostly with Jacob anyways, I just don't want to catch my daughter off guard."

"That's fair," Cory nods back to her. "Just know it is an open invitation because I would love to have you at the penthouse all the time."

Before Leah can respond, the doorbell rings. "Excuse me for a quick moment," she tells her lover as she moves around him to answer her door. "Hi."

"A delivery for Leah Robertson," the carrier tells her as he passes her a box.

"Oh, thank you," Leah says as she grabs her purse and gives him a 5-dollar bill. She closes the door and moves the parcel into the living room.

"What did you order?" Cory asks her, as he moves behind her into the living room.

"Oh, it is my medication," Leah reveals to him. "I get it delivered each month."

"Medication?" Cory asks her in confusion. "You have never told me that you're taking medication? Will this impact our chances of having a child?"

Leah chuckles back to him. "No, I told the doctor that I was taking this medication when I had my examination," Leah tells him. "Don't worry, this won't impact our chances at having a child."

"Okay," Cory uneasily tells him. "You still didn't tell me what the medication is for?"

"After the explosion in Lake Tahoe all those years ago," Leah looks back at him. "I suffered from amnesia and Frederick Richardson kept me at the winery in Santa Barbara."

"I remember."

"Well, in the explosion, I really hurt my neck badly. The medication is just a pain medication for my neck pain. I just take one a day and I don't feel anything."

"Ah, okay," Cory breathes a sigh of relief that it is nothing more serious. "As long as it's nothing too serious, I don't want my baby in pain."

"As long as I take one of these pills a day, I won't be in any pain," she purses her lips together.

Raven's Meadow

Victoria sits in the waiting room of Raven's Meadow playing with her fingers. She is nervous about her appointment with the doctor that she is about to have. She knows that Eva and Donovan said that they were proud of her for being brave, but she can't help but wonder what is going on. While she is still suffering from a headache, she realizes that the good thing is that she hasn't had any other hallucinations since she thought she saw Brandy in the living room of her condo. Now, she just hopes that the doctor can figure out what is going on with her.

"I have to keep my health in order," she tells herself, thinking about the last time she suffered from mental illness and she had to leave town to go to a specialized clinic to help with her D.I.D. She hopes that she can get this under control, whatever it is, before it gets worse. "I have worked too hard to get back on solid ground for this to impact me."

Before she can say anything else, a nurse comes into the waiting room. "Ms. Franky," she purses her lips together. "The doctor will see you now."

Victoria forces a smile on her face as she stands up and follows the nurse. She takes a deep breath before she moves into the examination room, trying to keep her heart rate down. "The doctor will be right with you," the nurse tells her as she closes the door.

Victoria takes another deep breath. "You'll be fine," she tells herself. "This is the first step to figuring out what is going on with you."

Victoria turns when she hears the door opening. "Ms. Franky," the doctor says as he moves in. "I'm Dr. Bryce Barty, I'll be taking care of you today," Bryce smiles back to her. "So, why don't you start by telling me the purpose of the visit today? And, don't leave out any details."
