The Glubbs House; Shane's Home

"You found enough closet space up there?" Shane asks as he sees Robin move into the living room after unpacking her belongings on the second level of his house. He knows that she is likely still apprehensive about moving back in with him, but he knows that it is the best thing for him, Robin and Dominique.

Robin uneasily chuckles back to him. "Yea, I made do," she tells him. "Do you have any wine? I'd love a glass. Eva's memorial service really took a lot of out of me."

"I could tell on the drive home," Shane admits to her as he moves to the bar and pulls out a bottle of red wine. "I hated seeing Natasha, Donovan and especially Victoria so upset. Not to mention Dominick and Will."

"You and Victoria were close once upon a time," Robin recalls his past relationship with Victoria. "I hope she gets better; she didn't look like a normal, sane woman."

"I'd agree with that statement," Shane says as he pours two glasses of wine. "And, we all know her history with mental breaks. How was your Dad?"

Robin sighs thinking about how much pain Dominick is in right now. "He's putting on a brave face, but I know he's devastated. He and Eva were not on good terms and I think that is half of his battle right now."

"Here you go," Shane moves back up to her and passes her the wine. "Yea, it's tough when you think you'll have all the time in the world, but it is cut short. I see it all the time."

Robin takes a sip of her wine and looks back at Shane. "That is definitely one of things that I respect about you, Shane," she admits to him. "I couldn't be a doctor and seeing life and death every day. It would be too much."

Shane chuckles back to her. "You get used to it," he tells her. "Besides, the good out weights the bad. Like, Dominique; I can't imagine not having her in our lives."

"Me too," Robin looks back upstairs to the room where their daughter is sleeping. "I would do anything for her; that's why I'm here, Shane. I hope you know that."

"I get it," Shane replies to her. "I am just hoping that one day you will feel the same way about me that I feel about you."

"I'm not sure."

"I want to get married sooner rather than later," he reveals to her. "Now that you're here, I don't see why we'd wait."

"Married soon?" Robin asks back in surprise, even though she knows she shouldn't be surprised by his request. "I guess so."

"Don't worry," Shane uneasily chuckles to her. "Being married to me isn't as bad as you think."

Robin takes another sip of her wine as she tries to force a smile on her face. "Right, well, I'll leave all the planning for you, okay?"

Adam's Townhouse

"Can I get you a beer?" Adam asks Max, who moves into the living room of his father's townhouse. They are getting together for a catch up as it has been a few weeks since they've seen one another and with Eva's death still present on everyone's mind, they want to ensure they are spending time with their loved ones.

"Yea, that'd be great, thanks Dad," Max replies to him as Adam slips into the kitchen for a moment. Max looks around and realizes that something is very different about Adam's house. Suddenly, Adam comes back and passes his son a beer. "Thanks. Something is different in here, but I can't place it?"

Adam opens his beer and takes a swig of it quickly. "Yea," he tries to force a chuckle out of himself. "Robin and Dominique, they moved out?"

Max almost spits his beer out of his mouth at hearing the news that his father just shared with him. He starts coughing heavily instead. "Sorry," he says as he gets his shock under control. "I thought you just said that your fiancé and her daughter moved out?"

"That's exactly what I said."

Max shakes his head in confusion. "You're going to have to explain Dad," Max looks back at him. "What the hell happened? The last time I was here, you and Robin asked me and Dawn to stand up for the two of you?"

"I know," Adam looks back at him. "It all happened very fast."

"And that was?"

"Shane Glubbs," Adam reveals to his son. "He told Robin that he was going to sue for custody of Dominique unless she moved out and married him."

"Wow," Max looks back at him in surprise. "Robin didn't think that she would win the custody case?"

"Shane threatened to say that Robin wasn't mindful while she was pregnant about getting worked up, which caused her cramping, which could been partly responsible of the premature birth of the baby."

"Shane has balls man, I have to admit that," Max shakes his head back to him. "I am sorry that this happened, Dad. How are you coping with this?"

Adam shrugs back to him. "I don't know if I've even processed this yet," Adam admits to him. "I don't know what to do or how to get Robin back. She is determined to put Dominique first."

"That reminds me of Cassie," Max tells him. "No matter what, she put me first growing up. It's a mother's love, I guess. Damn, I'm sorry Dad. If I can help at all?"

"You're helping right now," Adam puts a smile on his face. "You here with me, listening to me, that's what I need now son."

"Alright," Max says as he sits down the sofa and pats the cushion next to him. "Come Dad, keep talking to me. I won't leave until you've vented yourself out."

The Pampa Grill

Paige picks up her glass of chardonnay and takes a sip of it as she looks at the most recent text message she got from Max, wishing her well for Eva's memorial service. She can't help but smile at the message as she thinks about their friendly date, which ended with a kiss. She wasn't expecting them to have a kiss, but she can't deny that she enjoyed it even though she does still have lingering feelings for Jacob. She knows that the reason she enjoys Max so much is that they don't seemingly bicker the way she and Jacob do; she wishes that Jacob would realize that Max is a good person and not up to something the way Cassie always was.

"You're here alone?" a voice calls out causing Paige to snap out of it and look up to see who is there. She sees Jacob standing over her table.

"Jacob," Paige says back to him. "I am alone. My mom went out of town with Cory and I didn't want to be home alone."

Jacob sits across from her and looks at his former fiancé. "I am surprised you're not with your Grandpa right now."

Paige thinks about Dominick and sighs back to him. "He actually wanted to be alone," she reveals to him. "We all grieve differently, I guess. How are you doing? The service was beautiful."

"Yea, until Victoria lost it completely," Jacob tries to chuckle about Victoria's seemingly mental break at the memorial service. "But overall, it was nice. It's still so hard to say goodbye."

"It will take time," Paige nods back to him. "I'm glad I was there."

"Me too," Jacob looks back into her eyes. "I miss you Paige, a lot. I could really use you right now."

"I miss you too Jacob," Paige admits to him. "But I still feel the same way as I did before. If you can't let go of this hatred you have for Max, I'm not sure what kind of future we will have."

Jacob sighs. "I just wish you'd trust me when it comes to Max," he tells her. "I know that he is up to something. I can feel it."

"You have to let this go Jacob," Paige replies to him. "Life is too short for you to be caught up this vendetta you have against Max. And, we will never be together again unless you do."

Jacob looks back at her and knows that he must continue to dig into Max's life until he can prove to Paige that he is right; his entire future depends on proving that Max is up to no good.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

"How is Victoria?" Lukas asks Donovan as he moves into the living room of the mansion that he lives in with his husband, son and sister. Lukas can't get the image of Victoria screaming that Brandy was behind Donovan in the church; he has known that Victoria has been struggling with her mental health for some time, but she clearly snapped at the memorial service earlier today.

Donovan sighs as he pours two gin and tonics at the bar and then passes one to his husband. "I was able to get her to sleep in the guest room upstairs," he reveals to him before he takes a sip of his drink. "I am really worried about her now; I knew that she was seeing Brandy, but she completely lost it at the service."

"I agree," Lukas nods back to him. "We have to get her help; you know that Eva would want that for her daughter."

Donovan gets tears in his eyes. "Hey, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you sad," Lukas moves up to him.

"It's fine," Donovan waves his hand in the air. "It's just hard, you know? My Mom and I were working together to help Victoria and now I have to do this all on my own."

"It's not all on you," Lukas replies to him quickly. "I am here for you, Donovan. We are in this together."

"Thanks Lukas."

"This entire thing has made me realize that we need to hire that nanny, though," Lukas takes a sip of his drink. "With our time so focused on Victoria, we are going to need help with Olly."

Donovan nods back to him. "I'm going to leave that in your hands babe," Donovan tells him quickly. "I won't have time to help you with the hiring process, but I trust you and your judgement, okay?"

"I get it," Lukas says back to him. "I'll hire the nanny and let you meet them once I'm done."

Dominick's Townhouse

"I know you said you wanted to be alone, but I had to come and check on you," Tyler tells Dominick as he moves into the living room of his father's townhouse. Tyler recalls how after Eva's memorial service, Dominick claimed that he didn't want to be around anyone, but Tyler wanted to make sure that his father was doing okay. He knows what it is like to lose someone and he doesn't want his father to go through this alone.

"I appreciate that Tyler," Dominick whispers back to him. "The truth of the matter is, I keep beating myself up for how I treated Eva towards the end. I never really got a chance to make amends with her."

"I know that it can be difficult Dad," Tyler says back to him. "But, try to remember the good times? You and Eva were in love for many years."

"That's what makes this so damn hard," Dominick tries to not get choked up. "And, I'm afraid I've already made things worse."

"Worse? How?"

"Your mother was here," Dominick reveals to him as he thinks about Felicia's visit the previous night. "And, I shooed her away. I'm sure she wasn't expecting that from me."

"Don't worry about her," Tyler tells his father. "I'll make sure she's doing okay when I get home."

Dominick nods back to him. "Thank you, Tyler," Dominick whispers back to him. "You've been a life saver, even though I don't deserve it. Not after how I treated you when I found out about you and Natasha."

"Don't mention it, Dad," Tyler moves up to him. "You are my father and I love you, I always will."

"I love you too, son," Dominick looks back at him with tears in his eyes. "Listen, I don't know when I'll be ready to go back to Robertson Enterprises, but someone is going to have to run the company. What do you say son? Come back to work for me?"

Tyler smiles back to him and pulls Dominick into a hug. "It would be my honor, Dad."

Riverbench Winery; The Richardson Estate; Santa Barbara

"Thanks for the walk around the grounds Meggan," Cory tells her as they, along with Jeff and Leah, move back into the living room of the winery, where the four of them are spending the weekend together. They just finished a tour of the estate as it was still warm outside, and they wanted to get some exercise before they had their dinner. "This place is even more beautiful then I remember."

"It is one of the reasons that Meggan and I chose this place as our wedding venue all those years ago," Jeff says as he looks over at her and winks at her.

"I'm glad that you guys are having a good time," Meggan smiles to them as they move into the living room. "Before dinner, do you want more wine? I can go get another bottle. Sparkling water for me, of course."

"Yea, that sounds good," Jeff nods back to her.

Leah looks out the window as she continues to hear the sound of the crying baby in her head. She doesn't understand why she is having the sounds in her head now that she is back at the winery, but she is trying to not be alarmed. The fact of the matter is however, she was having dreams of the baby crying but now, she can't help but hear the crying all the time.

"Did you have a good walk?" Cory asks her as he comes up to her. "You were quiet."

"Yea, I did," Leah looks back at him and puts a smile on her face. "This place really is stunning. Meggan is lucky to have this place in her life."

"Are you doing okay? You look a little pale," Jeff comes up to his ex-wife and looks at her.

"Well, no, actually I'm not," Leah replies to the two men.

Meggan returns to the room with a bottle of wine in her hand and notices that Cory and Jeff are huddled around Leah. She looks at Jeff's face for a moment and realizes that he has a look of concern; she wonders what is going on.

"So, you keep hearing the baby crying?" Cory asks her in concern as Meggan comes into the circle.

Leah slowly nods back to him. "Even right now, I can hear it my ears. This crying infant, I have no idea why, but it is driving me crazy."

"Do you want to sit down?" Meggan suggests to her as they move to the sofa. "Maybe you just need a good night sleep?"

Leah uneasily smiles back to them. "Yea, maybe that's all I need. I hope that's all I need."

The Davenport House; Trenyce, Chris & Andrew's Home

"I just texted Cheresa to let her know that we are thinking about her," Trenyce tells Chris as she moves into the living room of the house that she lives in. She knows that with the news that Brooke was the serial killer that her daughter is probably going through a lot since she still thinks of Brooke and Greg as her parents since they raised her. The fact that Brooke killed Cheresa's friend Shelley and her brother Brad is also probably weighting on Cheresa's mind.

"Thanks for doing that," Chris smiles back to her. "I am still in disbelief that Brooke Lawson was the killer and that Greg killed her in self-defense. It is mind boggling."

"You can say that again," Trenyce sighs back to him as she sits next to him on the sofa. "I have to admit though, I am glad that she is dead. I don't have to be scared anymore that the killer is going to attack me again."

"Why would have Brooke wanted you dead? Do you have any idea what her motivation would have been?"

Trenyce sighs back to him as she thinks about her affair with Brad; if he had said anything to Brooke about her ending the affair because of her engagement to Chris, she could have been trying to remove her from his life for good.

"I mean, who knows?" Trenyce finally replies to him. "What was her motivation to killing Shelley? Albertinah? Eva? The woman was out of her mind."

"She's lucky she's dead," Chris grits his teeth. "Because, I would have lost my mind on her for killing my sister."

"I just hope that we can all try to move on now," Trenyce admits to him. "We are still grieving but we have to try to find a way to put our lives back together."

Chris chuckles back to her. "I was thinking the same thing," he looks back into her eyes. "And I know the perfect way to do just that."

"Really?"

Chris nods back to her. "Let's get married Trey," he suggests to her. "Now that I'm home, we can finally have our wedding? What do you say?"

Trenyce bites her lip as she sighs. "I…I want to marry you Chris," she manages to say. "But, I can't. Not yet. Not like this."

Chris looks back at her in confusion. "What does that mean? Not like what?"

"I…" she begins to say back to him as she feels her heart start to race. "I'm keeping a secret from you, Chris. And, I have to tell you the truth. I can't keep lying to you."

Twin Peaks Police Department

Abby and Cheresa stand in Simona Lopez's office in the police department as they wait for Greg to arrive from his holding cell. The sisters are desperate to find out what is going to happen to their father since he was arrested for killing Brooke, even though he has claimed that it was in self-defense.

"I'm worried about this," Cheresa looks over at Abby, who is biting her finger nails. "Dad can't go to jail, right? I mean, Mom was going to kill him too?"

Abby sighs as she continues to have no memory of returning to the Lawson Estate the night of Brooke's death. She can't place it, but she feels like if she was able to remember the entire nights events, she could be able to help her father get out of this situation.

"I hope not," Abby replies to her. "I still wish I could remember that night, Cheresa. I feel like I could help Dad if I could remember everything."

"It is still weird that you can't remember," Cheresa nods back to her. "But I don't know what you could do to help Dad? He killed Mom?"

Before Abby can say anything else, Simona opens her office door. She, and Greg, move into the office.

"Dad, are you okay?" Abby rushes up to her father, as Cheresa pulls him into a hug.

"I'm fine girls," Greg looks back at them and forces a smile on her face. "How are you guys? Abby, you're okay?" he asks her, hoping that her memory hasn't come back yet. He knows that she actually killed Brooke but the trauma of the experience, along with her emotional state of learning that Donovan and Lukas didn't want her around Olly anymore, caused her to block out the night from her memory. He has seen this type of memory blockage happen on more than once occasion from his time working at Raven's Meadow. He confessed to killing Brooke to ensure Abby is protected since he has to do whatever he can to salvage what is left of his family.

"We are okay," Abby replies to him quickly. "We are worried about you."

"Don't be, I'm okay."

Cheresa turns to Simona and looks at her. "Okay, so, is my Dad getting out of here? Can we take him home?"

"I'm afraid not," Simona replies to the Lawson's. "I've spoken to the DA and she wants to press charges against your father. He will stand trial for killing Brooke."

Greg shuts his eyes, devastated at the news that the detective just announced. Abby and Cheresa look at one another in horror.

"But, he only did that in self-defense?" Cheresa shrieks back to her.

"That is something that the lawyers will have to prove," Simona replies to her quickly. "I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear but, this is how we are proceeding. I'll give you 10 more minutes before I have to Greg back to his cell, where he will remain until the trial."

Abby and Cheresa look at one another with tears in their eyes before they look at Greg.

"Oh Daddy," Abby says as a tear falls down her cheek. "How is any of this happening?"
