Twin Peaks Police Department

"Are you sure this was a good idea considering everything that Dad is going through?" Cheresa asks Abby as they sit next to one another in the waiting room of the police station for Greg to arrive. The sisters are visiting their father because they were at home earlier when they got a package delivered. When they opened the parcel, they were horrified to see the contents and decided to tell Greg about it. However, Cheresa knows that Greg is still in jail as he awaits his trial for killing Brooke; she isn't sure that laying this kind of news on him is the best idea now that they are sitting there.

Abby looks back at her sister with a worried look on her face. "This type of news can't wait," Abby uneasily tells her. "We have to tell Dad. I mean, I don't know what to do? Do you?"

"No," Cheresa shakes her head back to Abby. "Okay, you're right. We have to tell Dad."

"Tell Dad what?" Greg asks as he is escorted by a guard into the room. He sits across from his daughters and looks back at them in curiosity, wondering what they were talking about.

"Uh," Abby uneasily looks back at him. "I really hate to drop this on you right now Dad, considering everything else that is going on."

"Don't worry about me," Greg chuckles back to them. "I am fine, I'm even getting used to it in here. The mashed potatoes at dinner are even growing on me."

"Very funny," Cheresa smiles back to him. "But this is serious."

"Okay, well you have my attention, what's up?"

"This," Abby says as she pulls an envelope out of her purse. "It's from the IRS regarding Mom's taxes."

Greg arches his eyebrow back to her. "What about Brooke's taxes?"

"Apparently, Mom hadn't paid in 7 years," Cheresa continues to tell her father. "She owes millions of dollars in back pay."

"What?" Greg gasps back to his children. "How the hell didn't I know about this?"

"I don't know?" Abby shrugs back to him. "But we are going to have to pay this now that Mom is dead. We need to come up with this money, Dad."

Roboto

"I think it is a very interesting idea," Natasha says as she pours herself a cup of coffee in the main office at Roboto. Robbie and Kim just finished telling her that they would like to ask Cheresa to become a new model at Roboto to help freshen up their look. She can't deny that it is a very good idea, especially because the company needs something to help recover from the last year where Cassie stole money from them.

"I'm glad you think so," Kim comes up to her sister in law. "It all happened quickly because I happened to run into Cheresa yesterday. Once I got thinking about it, it seemed to make a lot of sense. I mean, she's gorgeous."

"And young, and hip, urban," Robbie chimes in. "I think this could be exactly what we need to start rebranding Roboto in a positive light."

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Natasha turns and looks at her family. "Let's see if she is interested?"

"I'll handle that," Kim tells them as she grabs her phone. "I'll call her right now."

Robbie watches his wife leave the office to make the call to Cheresa before he looks back at Natasha. "Hey, are you sure you should be here? I know Eva's death must still be on your mind."

"It is," Natasha nods back to him before she takes a sip of her coffee. "But the distraction is good for me, you know? If I stay home, I just end up dwelling on Eva and all the memories."

"I get that," Robbie comes up to her and hugs her. "Just remember that you don't have to be strong right now. It is okay to grieve; these things take time."

"Thanks, like I said, I am embracing the distraction."

Before Robbie can say anything else, he hears Kim return to the office. He looks back at his wife. "Well, how did it go with Cheresa?"

"It went to her voicemail," Kim reveals to them. "I told her that we'd like to see her, so we will see what she says when she gets back to us."

"I hope she will accept our offer," Natasha replies. "We need some good news for a change."

Robertson Enterprises

Tyler types quickly into his laptop as he continues to work on some new concepts that he wants Robertson Enterprises to start using to help move the company into the new era that he has planned for it. He looks over his shoulder when he hears the door to his office open and sees Leah and Jeff moving inside.

"Hey guys," Tyler stops typing so furiously and looks up at his employees. "What's going on?"

Leah glares back at him, still upset that Dominick made Tyler the CEO instead of her. She takes a deep breath and looks over at Jeff, knowing that they have come up with an idea that they hope Tyler likes.

"We have an idea," Leah finally replies to her brother. "And, we wanted to run it by you. Of course, if you're busy, we can wait for the next staff meeting."

"I'm always willing to hear a new idea when it comes to this company," Tyler stands up from behind his desk. "I'm actually glad that you guys are thinking about this. So, don't keep me in suspense, what is this idea?"

"Well," Jeff looks over at Leah before he draws his attention to Tyler. "We had this idea that we could hire a new model to give our ads a new, fresher look."

Tyler arches his eyebrow. "We have new models come in and out all the time," he replies to them. "Unless you have someone specific in mind, I'm not sure that this idea is that great."

"Cheresa Lawson," Leah snaps at Tyler, annoyed by her brother. She knows that it is mostly driven from the fact that he is CEO over her but she can't help it. "That's who we thought of; she's young and very beautiful. She could be a model if she wanted to be, we just want to give her the chance."

"Ah," Tyler smiles back to them. "See, now that is an idea because I agree with you, Cheresa would be a great model. I like this, I like this a lot. Next steps would be to see if she's even interested and we will go from there."

"Great, thanks boss," Leah rolls her eyes to her brother as she moves to the door of the office.

The Glubbs House; Shane & Robin's Home

"Well, I must admit I was very surprised to hear that you moved in with Shane," Nicholas tells his sister as they move into the living room of Shane's house that Robin is now living in with Dominique. The last Nicholas heard from his sister, she and Dominique were living with Adam and they were engaged to be married.

Robin uneasily chuckles back to him. "I know, everything happened so quickly. But, it's like I've been telling everyone, I did this for Dominique. She has to be my top priority."

"I am proud of you for saying that," Nicholas tells Robin. "I know this isn't conventional, and I do question Shane's motives, but Dominique needs to be the top priority in all of this."

Robin nods back to him. "Well, I'm glad someone understands," she nods back to him. "Adam isn't taking it so well."

"I can appreciate that," Nicholas tells her. "It's a complication situation. Every situation seems that way these days."

Robin arches her eyebrow back to him. "Why do I get the feeling we are no longer talking about my situation?"

Nicholas sighs back to her. "There's been developments with Andy and Clayton," he reveals to her. "We found Clayton in Nashville and he came back to Twin Peaks with us."

"Wow, that's good?"

Nicholas nods back to her. "Andy and Madeline are working on trying to figure out his connection to Reese," he continues to tell her. "And, I saw Clayton the other day and…"

"What? What happened Nicholas?"

"He kissed me," Nicholas stuns her by his revelation. "It didn't last long but it still happened."

"Wow," Robin looks back at him. "How do you feel about that?"

"I don't feel anything about it," Nicholas tells her. "I want to get back together with Andy; I told Clayton that he can't cross that line again. I just hope he heard me."

The Sugarbowl

"Thanks for taking your break to sit with us," Andy tells Clayton as they sit across from each other in the back booth of the coffeehouse as Madeline sits next to Andy. Andy just found out that Clayton got a job at the Sugarbowl; he is happy that Clayton is seemingly starting to set down roots in the city. At the same time, he knows that they are still trying to figure out what the connection between Clayton and Reese is.

"Yea, of course," Clayton looks back at Andy and Madeline. "I've been trying to give you two space so you can figure out why I look like Reese. I am hoping you have some answers?"

Madeline sighs back to him before she starts to tell him her theory. "I don't know if this is possible," Madeline begins to tell him. "But I think you might be my brother. I think my mother had a third baby when Reese and I were born."

"Triplets?" Clayton gasps back to her. "You think that I am related to you? That doesn't make sense to me."

"I remembered you told us that you were adopted, so Olivia and Preston could be your parents" Andy informs him. "Madeline found Reese's birth certificate and the doctor that delivered him was not a good man; he did a lot of evil things when he was alive."

"But, why would this doctor steal me from your parents?" Clayton looks back at Madeline, trying to piece this together.

"My Mom got a job that Frederick wanted badly," Madeline explains to him. "Again, this is a long shot, but it could make sense that he was furious with Olivia for getting the job and he lashed out by taking you from her and my Dad."

"I don't know what to say," Clayton admits to them.

"We were wondering if you would do a DNA test," Andy looks back at him. "That's one way we can settle this once and for all."

Clayton looks back at Andy and then over at Madeline and finds himself nodding back to them. "Okay," he whispers back to them. "Let's do a DNA test."

***

At the window bar, Chris sits with an iced coffee in front of him as his mind races about Trenyce's pregnancy with Brad's baby. He is still feeling gutted that she cheated on him while he was in jail; the fact that she is pregnant is just another blow. However, he also can't shake Daisy and Andrew's advice that they must put the baby first now because Brad is dead and Trenyce will be a single parent in a few short months.

"You look a million miles away," a voice causes Chris to snap out of it. He looks over and sees Cheresa standing in front of him, who arrived at the coffeehouse after seeing Greg at the jail. She felt like she needed a jolt of caffeine after telling him that Brooke owes millions in unpaid taxes.

"I guess I was thinking," Chris tells his daughter. "Do you want to sit with me?"

"Sure, as long as you tell me what's wrong?"

Chris chuckles back to her. "I guess you will find out sooner rather than later," he looks back at her. "Trenyce is pregnant."

Cheresa looks back at him in shock, having not heard that her mother was expecting another child. "What? Whoa, she hasn't said anything. How did this happen? Wait, I know how it happened but what?"

"I know, I was stunned too," Chris nods back to his daughter. "Brad is the father. They slept together again last winter when I was in jail."

"My brother Brad?" Cheresa asks him next as Chris nods back to her. "I can't believe this. No wonder you looked a million miles away. I am so sorry, Chris. I had no idea."

"I appreciate your support kid," Chris smiles back to her. "It's nice to have you in my corner."

"Of course," Cheresa comes up and hugs him. "We just have to figure out how to navigate through this shocking turn of events. I mean, my God, Brad a father? And he will never meet his child? This doesn't seem fair."

"I know," Chris pulls her in tighter. "None of this seems fair."

The Claus House; Leah & Paige's Home

"Wow," Max lays next to Paige in her bed with a huge smile on his face as they just finished making love. He almost can't believe that this happened as Paige was telling him that she wanted to go slowly because she is still getting over her break up from Jacob, however things turned heated when they got back to her place and they ended up having sex. "That was incredible."

Paige smiles as she runs her hand over his toned chest. "Yes, it was," she purrs back to him. "You haven't lost your touch."

Max chuckles back to her. "It's easy to get into it with you because you're so beautiful."

Paige leans up and kisses him on the lips. "You're so sweet to me, Max."

"I'm just being honest," he looks back at her. "I know you said you wanted to go slowly, but I hope that this was a way for me to show you just how much you mean to me."

"You showed me," Paige nods back to him. "You have gone above and beyond to show me how much I mean to you. I really appreciate that, Max. You make me feel like the woman in the world."

"To me, you are," Max tells her as he leans in and kisses her again. "I want you again."

Paige smiles back to him as she crawls on top of him and continues to kiss him. "Then have me," she whispers back to him as he lips find her neck.

The Cascade Apartments; Max's Home

"Come on, there has to be something here," Jacob whispers to himself as he puts another book back on the shelf. He is standing in the living room of Max's apartment trying to find some proof that Max knew that Cassie stole from Roboto and Robertson Enterprises last year and that he inherited the stolen money. Jacob knows that if he can prove this to Paige, she will stop spending so much time with Max, which is exactly what Jacob needs. He hates that he saw Paige and Max share a kiss and saw them holding hands earlier; he must get Max away from her and this could be his way to do it.

"Damn it," he sighs as he looks at the book shelf and realizes he has gone through every book that Max owns. "I don't even know what I'm looking for, but I will know it when I see it. Come on, Jacob, think. Where could Max have hidden something?"

He turns around and looks into the living room and spots the large dresser in the corner. He moves over to it and opens the bottom drawer but doesn't see anything other than some socks. He moves up to the middle drawer but he, again doesn't see anything useful.

"God, maybe this is a lost cause," he sighs as he opens the top drawer. He riffles through it until he freezes and slowly pulls out a small black phone. "What is this?"

Jacob looks at the older phone and flips it open. "Why the hell does Max have a flip phone? This thing is so old," Jacob looks at the phone. Suddenly, he freezes. "Oh my God," he whispers. "Cassie is alive and she has been texting Max," he says to himself as he reads the texts messages between the mother and son as he feels the blood drain from his face at the realization that Cassie is still alive. "Bingo, I got you Max. You're going down, you son of a bitch."
