"I don't believe any of this to be true," a horrified Paige looks back at Jacob while feeling her blood start to boil. She can't believe that Jacob is so jealous that she has gotten back together with Max that he is now claiming that Cassie is alive and well and that Max has known that she is alive. Paige doesn't believe for a second that Cassie is alive, and that Max has been keeping it a secret all this time. "Are you that desperate to get me away from Max that you're coming up with lies now, Jacob?"

Jacob shakes his head back to her. "I am telling you the truth," he pleads with his former fiancé. "Max knows that Cassie didn't die in that plane crash last year and he hasn't said anything to anyone."

"Why would he lie about his Mom being dead?" Paige asks him back quickly. "He has been devastated by her death."

"Why?" Jacob asks her back quickly. "Because he knows that she stole that money from Roboto and Robertson Enterprises! He knows that if anyone thinks she is still alive, she will go to jail! And, this is proof that he is living off those stolen funds. Max knows exactly what his mother is doing."

"I… I don't believe you Jacob," Paige looks back at him with desperation in her eyes. "I think you're trying to hurt me."

Jacob comes up to her and looks her in the eyes. "I don't mean to hurt you," he tells her. "I just want you to know what you're getting into with Max. He's not a good guy, not in the least. And, before you say anything else Paige, I have proof about all of this. I can prove to you that Max knows Cassie is alive."

Twin Peaks Courthouse

"What the court needs to remember," Lois Kam stands up from her seat and moves closer to Judge Franklin Ross as she prepares to give her closing statements in Greg's trial for killing Brooke. "Is that, even with a blow to his dead, Greg Lawson was able to plunge an ice pick into the back of Brooke Lawson with so much force that she was going to die, regardless if she had gotten to the hospital quickly."

Greg lists in his chair and uneasily shifts around as he feels uncomfortable listening to the DA trying to make it appear like he purposely didn't want to help Brooke after she was stabbed so she can get a sentencing against him. He turns around quickly and sees Abby and Cheresa holding hands, as they are worried about what will happen to their father. He looks at Abby and hopes that she isn't having any sort of memories about killing Brooke; after everything she has been through, he knows that he has to take the wrap for this to protect his daughter.

"And, because Greg Lawson, a doctor, didn't get Brooke to the hospital quickly enough, she died. And for that, he should be punished," Lois Kam looks the Judge in the eyes. "The people are asking for no leniency to be given to Mr. Lawson for killing his ex-wife. Thank you."

Greg sighs heavily as he looks over to Josh. "Don't worry," his lawyer whispers back to him. "I got this."

Abby squeezes Cheresa's hand as they look at one another. Abby closes her eyes again and she is immediately taken back to the night Brooke died; her memory is all disjointed about what is happening, but she can see the ice pick laying on the floor and she is reaching over for it. The next thing she can see is Brooke laying on the ground with the ice pick sticking out of her body.

She opens her eyes as a tear falls down her cheek. "My God," she gasps to herself, as Cheresa looks over.

"Hey, are you okay?" Cheresa asks her sister. "You don't look so good."

Abby looks back at her in confusion. "No, I'm not okay," she tells her. "This is a mistake. This is all a horrible mistake."

Twin Peaks Executive Hotel

Will looks at the picture of Eva that is on his phone and he sighs heavily. He still can't believe that Eva is gone and lost to him forever; he hasn't been able to get over the fact that just as she was willing to give them a chance, she was taken from him forever. Ever since he got back into town, he wanted to get back together with her. He knows that Kim initially hired him to seduce Eva to get back at Dominick, but he quickly realized that he had feelings for her.

"How am I going to get past losing you?" he asks himself as he puts his phone down. "Just as we were going to get our chance, you were taken away from me. That doesn't seem fair."

He stands up and moves to the window to look outside as he fights tears in his eyes. "Somehow, someway, I have to get over you, Eva."

He turns around when he thinks about Madeline and how she kissed him the other day. He quickly told her that he wasn't ready to be with someone knew yet and he still isn't, but he can't help but think that the kiss was nice.

Before he can think of anything else, he hears a knock on his door. He opens it and sees Madeline standing there. "You won't believe what happened," she says coming into this hotel room, not realizing that he was just thinking about her. "Clayton is my brother, we just had a DNA test done and it confirmed it."

"Whoa," Will shuts the door behind her. "I knew you had thought about this but to know it's actually true, how are you feeling?"

"To be honest," Madeline looks back at him. "I don't know. I am relieved to know why Clayton looks like Reese but, I don't know, I have a brother that I had no idea existed until about an hour ago. How am I going to tell him everything about my parents and Reese? I'm…I'm overwhelmed."

Will moves up and pulls her into a hug and holds her. "You don't have to figure this out all right now," he whispers to her, as Madeline smiles at the fact that he's holding her. "As least you know the truth now."

The Sugarbowl

"How are you feeling now that you're Reese and Madeline's brother?" Andy asks Clayton as they sit in the back booth across from one another. After they got the DNA results at the hospital, Clayton wanted to get some air and Andy suggested that they come get a coffee together. Andy is still in shock that Clayton was the triplet of Madeline and Reese; they still don't know for sure if Frederick stole Clayton as a child, but it is their best lead.

Clayton takes a sip of his latte and looks back at Andy. "I feel a lot of emotions," he admits to him. "My adopted parents were wonderful so now knowing who my biological family is, it is overwhelming. And, to know that my twin brother and parents are dead, it is a hard pill to swallow, you know?"

"I get that," Andy nods back to him. "I can tell you anything you want to know about Reese; he was a really great guy."

"Can I be honest with you?" Clayton looks back at him quickly as Andy nods to him. "Part of the reason I struggled with Melissa's plan last year is because l was very attracted to you, Andy. I don't know if Nicholas told you, but I am also gay, so I guess that is something that Reese and I had in common."

Andy uneasily smiles back to him and, for a moment, thinks he is looking at Reese. "I'm glad you told me," Andy tells him. "We are a small community and can use all the friends and support we can."

"Thanks Andy," Clayton flashes his smile back to him. "I hope we can be friends."

The Pampa Grill

"I can't believe that you went to see Brett," Daisy looks over at Meggan as they sit across from one another in the restaurant. Meggan just finished telling Daisy that she went to see Brett after her half-sister admitted to her that something has felt different from the time, they made love while being held hostage by Vinny compared to more recently. "Did you say anything about what we spoke about it?"

"Of course not," Meggan quickly replies to Daisy. "I don't know what I was looking for, exactly, but I wanted to see him to try to put this together for you."

Daisy nods back to her. "And, did you think of anything? Do you know why being with Brett now could have felt differently?"

"I mean, we only spoke for a little bit," Meggan replies to her. "But, I did see his phone and he was getting a call from a someone with the name Bryce Barty, do you know him?"

"No," Daisy shakes her head. "I have never heard of that name before. Do you?"

"No, same boat as you," Meggan admits to her. "I did get the feeling, though, that something was different with Brett. I can't place it, exactly either."

"So, it's not just me? There is something different about him?"

Meggan suddenly looks up at her with a worried look on her face ."What is it Meggan? What are you thinking?"

"I shouldn't even say this because it is impossible," Meggan looks back at her. "But is it possible it's not Brett?"

"What do you mean?"

"Last year in the explosions," Meggan says. "What if Brett died and Vinny survived? What if the reason Brett is acting differently is because it's not Brett at all?"

Raven's Meadow

Victoria sits in her room at Raven's Meadow as her mind races about the day's events. It started earlier in the morning when Bryce visited her to give Victoria her medication; in the process, he dropped his ID badge. When Victoria went to give it to him, she overheard him on the telephone claiming that the Chief of Staff was very powerful. Later, in the day, Victoria questioned him about who the head of the hospital is, but he covered by saying that it was time to take her medication again.

She looks at the small paper cup that has three pills in it. She picks it up and looks at the medication before she puts them into her hand. She knows that she has been suffering from less headaches since she got to the hospital and she hasn't had any visions of Brandy again, which is good. But, she realizes that her head is a little foggier and she is having more difficulty focusing.

"What are these pills doing to me?" she asks herself. "And, why don't I feel like I've split again? If Bryce told me that Brandy was coming and going, why am I not having anymore time lapses? Why don't I feel like Brandy is here?"

She looks at the pills closer and closes her hand quickly. "Maybe I should stop taking these pills," she tells herself. "Maybe I should see what happens when I am drug free and without anything in my system. If I feel like Brandy is back, I can start taking the pills again. But, in the meantime, I can try to be clear headed."

She moves to her bed and puts her pills inside her pillow case. "No more pills for now," she tells herself. "I want to find out what really is going on with me."

Bryce opens the door to his office and takes a deep breath. He knows that it was a close call with Victoria earlier when she asked him who the Chief of Staff was at hospital; thankfully, he was able to cover by giving her more medication, which will prevent her from focusing on things for a very long period.

"I knew I had to change her medication from what Vinny was giving her before," he says to himself. "Or, she would think she wasn't getting better. So, she will stop having headaches and hallucinations, but she will not be able to think clearly or focus for a long period of time."

He sits behind his desk and sighs as he still hates that he must do this to Victoria, a woman he has found himself attracted too. "If only I could get out from being under Vinny's thumb," he whispers to himself. "Maybe I could stop this from happening but until then, I have no choice."

He picks up his phone and opens his text message conversation with Vinny. "Everything is under control," he types before he presses send.

"Hopefully that keeps him off my back for a while," he says as he puts his phone back down and then continues to work on some of the files that are on his desk.

Robertson Enterprises; The Studio

"How the hell can you prove that Cassie alive?" Paige asks Jacob quickly, still reeling from what he is telling her. She can't believe that Cassie is alive, and that Max has known about this for weeks.

"Because," Jacob tells her. "I have Max's burner phone."

"I don't understand any of this," Paige admits to him quickly.

"Look at this," Jacob says as he pulls out the burner phone and passes it to Paige. "I found this in Max's apartment. Open it and read the messages. They're all between Max and Cassie. They talk about how she is alive, how they are planning to break us up and how they miss one another."

Paige uneasily grabs the phone and then looks back at Jacob. She feels her heart racing at the thought of opening seeing the truth.

"Go ahead, open the phone," Jacob tells her, wanting her to see the truth.

Just then, the door opens to the studio and Max appears. He moves around to see Paige and Jacob and realizes that something is going on.

"Paige, are you okay? What is Jacob doing to you? What's going on in here?" Max asks her, as Paige looks back at in in shock by what is unfolding.

Twin Peaks Courthouse

"And, so you see your honor," Josh continues to tell the judge his closing statements while Greg listens intently behind him. He hopes that his lawyer can get him off for killing Brooke so they can put this all behind them.

Abby, meanwhile, continues to have flashes of the night Brooke died. She closes her eyes and continues to see Brooke laying on the ground, bleeding from her wound. She looks around the room and can see Greg, bleeding from his head wound.

Abby opens her eyes and lets another tear fall down her cheek.

"Abby, you don't look so good," Cheresa tells her sister, realizing that something is going on with her. "Do you want to get some water?"

"Yea," Abby nods back to her. "I think that would be good."

They stand up, causing Greg to turn around to see what is going on out of concern. Suddenly, Abby shuts her eyes and can clearly see herself pick up the ice pick and plunge into Brooke's back!

"Oh My God," she screams out in horror as she and Cheresa freeze in the aisle, heading to the door.

"Ms. Lawson?" the Judge smashes his mallet. "What is going on?"

Abby turns back to face the Judge with tears streaming down her face. "I remember," she gasps as she looks at Greg. "I…I did it…I killed Brooke! I killed my mother!"
