The Pampa Grill

"I'm glad you could meet me for breakfast today," Madeline picks up her cup of coffee before she looks over at Clayton, who is sitting across from her in the restaurant. The fact Clayton was revealed to be her long-lost brother is still fresh in both of their minds and they are still in shock from the revelation. However, they are both grateful that they now know why Clayton is a dead ringer for Reese. "I thought it would give us some time to talk, you know?"

"I appreciate the invite," Clayton takes a bit of his toast before looking back at her. "I know after the DNA test results came back, you wanted to talk but, if I am honest, I needed time to try to wrap around my head around this. Part of me thinks, I still do."

"I hear you," Madeline chuckles back to him. "Finding out that I had a brother I never knew about is jarring for me too. Especially since I am the only way that you will get to learn about our parents and Reese."

"I guess I do want to know about them but more importantly, I really need people to realize that I am my own man. I am not Reese nor will I ever be Reese."

"Wait, that's not what I meant," Madeline sets her glass down and looks back at her brother. "I was just saying, I can help you uncover more about your family, our family. Clayton, please believe me, I never meant to refer to you as Reese."

Clayton uneasily nods back to her. "Okay, I just wanted to make sure. I want everyone to know that while I am related to Reese, I am not Reese. It seems like everyone in Twin Peaks has some kind of connection to Reese, but he is not back. I am Clayton, and always will be."

Madeline nods to him. "I get that and I agree, completely."

"Good, now that we have that our of the way, what were our parents like? Tell me about Preston and Olivia Wilkins," Clayton looks back over at her sister.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

"I can't believe this story," Lukas looks over at Donovan as they sit in the living room of the large estate that they live in with Meggan and their children. Lukas sets the latest edition of the Twin Peaks Sun down on the sofa and looks over at his husband; he just read the article about Greg Lawson's court trial where Abby confessed to killing Brooke and that Greg lied to protect his daughter. "Abby is the one that actually killed Brooke Lawson. Apparently, the event was so traumatic that she had blocked it out."

"I read that too," Donovan looks back at him before he takes a sip of her coffee. "It's just the latest of string of bad events that Abby has been through lately."

Lukas uneasily chuckles back to him. "She is always going through sort of difficult time, but aren't we all? I get that she lost her child, that is devastating. But everything else, we all go through things, we don't end up resorting to murder."

"Did you read the article?" Donovan asks him back. "She walked in on Brooke about to kill Greg; it was self-defense, Lukas."

"I read that," Lukas nods back to him. "I'm just grateful that we told her to stay away from Olly when we did. This, to me, is just another sigh that we made the right decision."

Donovan shrugs back to him. "I feel bad for her," he admits to Lukas, who rolls his eyes. "But, I agree that it is for the best that she stay away from Olly. I guess I still have compassion for her."

"I guess that is where we agree to disagree," Lukas smiles back to him as he leans over and kisses him on the lips. "We still have an hour before Jasper will arrive, let's shower together?"

"I'd love that," Donovan winks back to him. "Anything to get our minds off the news!"

The Lawson Estate; Greg, Abby & Cheresa's Home

"Yesterday was a very long day," Cheresa tells Greg and Abby as she pours some coffees in the living room of the Lawson estate. Cheresa can't help but remember how at Greg's trial for killing Brooke, Abby's memory came back and she admitted that she, not Greg, killed Brooke as she walked in and saw their mother trying to kill Greg. The Judge was furious with Greg for lying and fined him, while Abby was given mandatory therapy and community service. "I can't believe the trial."

"Neither can I," Abby takes a sip of her coffee that Cheresa passes her. She then looks over at her father. "I can't believe you were willing to take the fall for something I did, Dad. You could have went to jail for a very long time."

"I know I could have," Greg nods back to her. "But, like I told Judge Ross yesterday, I was trying to protect you, Abby. You have had one hell of a last six months or so. I couldn't handle the fact that you could go to jail when you were just trying to protect me. You saved my life, you saved both of our lives."

Abby uneasily nods back to him. "I'm still kind of shock by this," she admits to her family. "First Mom being the killer, and then…I can't believe I killed my own mother. What kind of a monster am I?"

"Don't you dare do that Abby," Cheresa comes and sits next to her. "Mom had lost her mind, she was going to kill Dad. Man, she could have killed you too since you knew the truth. Like Dad said, you saved him and yourself."

"I guess I am going to deal with this in therapy," Abby takes another sip of her coffee. "That must be why the Judge has set up the appointments for me."

"And, we can finally start to put this all behind us," Cheresa tells her family. "We have to try to put this family back together while dealing with our mourning."

"There is one final piece that we will have to address," Greg looks back at his daughters. "And that is the back pay to the IRS that Brooke owed. We will have to come up with that money otherwise we risk losing everything else that we have."

Abby looks back at Greg and then over at Cheresa in concern. After everything they have bene through, the last thing that they need is for the IRS to take away their belongings because Brooke owes them so much money. "We will do anything we can to help, Dad. We won't go broke because of this. I promise you, we will get through this."

"I agree with Abby," Cheresa nods back to them. "We've come too far to not make it through this final hurdle."

The Victors Mansion; Vinny & Daisy's Home

Daisy slowly moves into the living room of the Victors mansion and looks around for some coffee. She barely slept the previous night because of her conversation she had with Meggan at the Pampa Grill where Meggan still was left wondering if Brett is really himself, or if Vinny has been posing as his brother for all these months.

"Morning," Vinny announces as he moves into the living room and sees Daisy pouring a coffee. "Can you get me a cup of that too, please?"

"Of course," Daisy replies to him as she pours a second cup. "I didn't sleep so well last night, so I need a coffee today."

"You must have been out late," Vinny accepts the coffee from her. "I didn't hear you come home. I was hoping you'd come into my room," he chuckles back to her.

"I was with Meggan," Daisy admits to him, ignoring his attempt to flirt with her. "I guess we were at the Pampa Grill later than I realized."

Vinny arches his eyebrow back to her, recalling how Meggan was visiting him the other day, which he thought was odd. "I hadn't realized that you and Meggan had grown so close."

Daisy shrugs back to him. "We are half-sisters," she reminds him. "We are trying to build a relationship; after all, family is all that matters at the end of the day."

"It just seems like an interesting time for you two to be so close."

"What does that mean? Meggan and I, we've been through a lot together," Daisy tells him. "Including the explosions last year at the Victors mansion outside of town. We are just trying to spend more time together. I don't know why you're so upset by this?"

"I'm not upset," Vinny quickly says back to her. "I'm just trying to understand, that's all."

"Like I said, I'm just getting to know my sister," she insists, wondering if Brett is concerned about more than he is letting on, or if it is really Vinny after all. "There's nothing more to say. Anyways, I'm going to go for my shower."

"Want some company?" Vinny winks back to her.

Daisy looks back at him for a moment. "No, sorry Brett, I'm not in the mood this morning."

Vinny sighs heavily as Daisy slowly leaves the room. He runs his hand through his hair and wonders what is going on with Daisy. "Something is going on here, I just have to figure out what it is."

Raven's Meadow

Victoria slowly opens her eyes from the small bed that is in her room at Raven's Meadow when she hears the door to her room open. She slowly leans up and sees Bryce moving inside.

"Morning," he flashes a smile to her. "I didn't mean to wake you up."

Victoria slowly leans up in the bed and looks back at the doctor. "It is okay. I suppose I needed to get up anyways. Do we have a group therapy session this morning?"

Bryce turns and looks at her as he stops folding her new clean hospital gown that she will change into once she has showered. He can't help but be taken by her beauty, even though she has just woken up.

"Is something wrong?" Victoria asks him as she notices that he is looking at her.

"No, everything is just right," Bryce replies to her. "Yes, you do have group later. First, breakfast and your medication."

Victoria turns her head and looks at her pillow, knowing that she has stopped taking her medication in hopes of determining whether or not she has truly split again; she can't shake the feeling that she hasn't split because this has felt completely different than the last time Brandy took over her life.

"Okay," Victoria says back to him, picking up on the fact that Bryce must have a warm spot for her. "One day, it would be nice to have breakfast together."

Bryce feels his heart skip a beat at the idea. He knows that he is skating on thin ice with his feeling slowly developing for Victoria but he can't help but how he feels about her.

He turns and smiles back to her. "Yea, maybe one."

Dominick's Townhouse

"I was surprised to hear from you this morning," Dominick admits to Leah and Felicia as they sit at the dining room table in Dominick's townhouse. "Not that I am complaining; with Eva's passing being so fresh in my mind, I love having my family around."

Felicia uneasily looks back at him as she recalls how he threw her out when she came to see him a few days earlier. Of course, Felicia knows that she has been seeing images of Eva, which still scares her but she is just glad that she is with Dominick now because he was livid with her.

"I know, I wanted to see you both," Leah admits to her parents as she takes a sip of her orange juice. "And, I wanted to see how you have been doing with Eva's death."

"Every day is a challenge," Dominick says back to her, as he thinks about losing his wife. "But I am trying to push through. And, darling, I certainly hope this doesn't have anything to do with Tyler becoming the CEO of Robertson Enterprises? I don't want to fight about you over that decision."

Leah sighs knowing that she is annoyed by his decision but she does have something else to discuss with her parents. "This is not about Robertson Enterprises," Leah tells them. "This is about me. And Frederick Richardson."

Felicia shoots her a look back in surprise as she hadn't heard of her former doctors name in a very long time. "Frederick? What does Frederick have to do you?"

"When I was in Santa Barbara with amnesia," Leah begins to tell her parents. "I had suffered from a neck injury from the explosion in Lake Tahoe. Frederick gave me pain medication; when I got back to Twin Peaks, the pain medication was delivered to my house every couple of weeks and I thought nothing of it."

"I'm not sure where this is going?" Dominick says as he takes a sip of his coffee.

"Cory thought this entire process was odd," Leah continues to tell them the story. "So, he took one of the pills and had it examined. It turns out, the pills I've been taking for all these years are memory loss pills."

"My goodness," Felicia gasps back to her. "Why would Frederick want you to not regain your memories?"

Leah looks back at her mother and then over at Dominick. "I have no idea," Leah shrugs. "That's what I need to figure out."

"But your memory did return?" Dominick quickly questions her.

"That we know of," Leah nods back to him. "But what if there are memories that haven't come back? Like memories from Santa Barbara? That entire time is a fog for me."

"That son of a bitch," Dominick shakes his head back to her. "He better be glad he's dead, because I could kill him for doing this to you."

"Darling," Felicia reaches over and grabs Leah's hand. "Whatever you need from us to help you, we are here for you. You have to know that."

"I know," Leah says back to them. "I have to just figure out why Frederick did this to me. Why would he want me to forget?"

Robertson Enterprises; The Studio

Max slowly moves up to the door of the studio and peers inside the small window where he can see Paige standing inside looking over some files on the large table. He can't help but think about the previous day when Jacob announced that he found Max's burner phone and revealed that he and Cassie have been in contact. This, of course, proved that Cassie is alive and Max has known about it all along. The look on Paige's face when the truth came out is something that Max will never forget; he just hopes that he can make her understand why he did what he did.

"Morning," he says as he opens the door and moves into the studio. "I was hoping to find you here alone."

"Max, this isn't a good time," Paige doesn't look up from her paper work. "I have a million things to do today."

"I know but I had to come see you," he tells her. "You didn't answer any of my calls or texts last night. We have to talk, don't you think?"

"What is there to talk about?" Paige finally looks back at him. "You have been lying to me for months, Max! Why would I trust anything else you have to say to me?"

"Please, just hear me out, okay?" Max moves closer to her. "I will admit that I have lied," he tells her as she sighs heavily. "But I was protecting my Mom. You know how close I am to her. Remember how much I was there when Jacob left her at the altar? My Mom was my best friend, I had to help her."

"She tried to kill me and Jacob," she reminds him.

"I know," Max nods back to her. "And, she felt awful about that. She had a snap of reality because of everything that happened to her; mainly Jacob using her and standing her up at the altar. Imagine if this was Leah, wouldn't you have done the same thing to help your Mom?"

"My Mom has never tried to kill anyone, Max! It's not a fair comparison."

"Maybe not," Max tells her. "The point is, if your Mom needed your help, you would do anything you could to help her, right? That's all I was doing. I know lying was wrong, but I had to help my Mom. Please, tell me you can accept that? Please tell me that we can move on from this, Paige?"

Twin Peaks Police Department

Jacob storms through the hallways of the police department as he moves towards Simona's office. He hasn't been able to stop thinking about how Max has been lying to everyone for months that Cassie Nova is actually alive and well. In Jacob's mind, this is further proof that the money Max inherited from Cassie's "death" are the stolen funds from both Roboto and Robertson Enterprises; now, he just has to ensure that Max, and Cassie, pay for everything they've done.

"Good morning detective," Jacob announces to Simona as he opens the door to her office and swiftly moves inside.

"Mr. Calimo," Simona looks back at him. "Did we have an appointment this morning? I am very busy this morning."

"No, we didn't," Jacob moves up to her desk. "But I know you're going to want to hear what I have to say."

"Okay, well you have my attention. What is this about?"

"It is about Cassie Nova and her scheming, no good for nothing son, Max Black," Jacob grits his teeth together. "They've been lying to us all. And, it's time that they both pay the price for it."
