Previously on One Day at a Time
- Andrew told Trenyce that he enjoyed kissing her, which caused her to have a panic attack

Raven's Meadow

Bryce urgently moves up to the operating room in Raven's Meadow and peers inside the small window on the door. Inside, he can see Frederick, dressed in white scrubs, wearing a face mask while he is preparing some tools for the upcoming procedure.

Bryce then moves his eyes over to the operating table where he can see Victoria laying on an operating table. She is still unconscious and connected to an IV line. He still hates that he is the one that knocked her unconscious once she saw Frederick alive and well. Now, the woman he loves is in serious danger.

Bryce runs his hands through his hair as he feels his heart beating rapidly. He can't believe that to keep Victoria silent because she learned that Frederick is alive, the doctor wants to perform a lobotomy on her. He knows that Victoria will, basically, become a human vegetable if Frederick completes this lobotomy. He just can't believe that Frederick is going to such extremes; he realizes why Frederick doesn't want anyone to know that he is alive, but to basically kill Victoria seems beyond cruel.

"I love her," Bryce whispers to himself. "If Frederick does this, I will never to get to see what could happen between us. But I don't know how I will stop Frederick. He could kill me and Victoria."

He continues to watch Frederick, who picks up a drill. He turns it on, and the drill bit starts spinning rapidly.

Inside the room, Frederick takes the drill closer to Victoria and gets a wicked grin on his face. He moves up to the unconscious woman and looks at her for a moment.

"You never should have snooped around my business," Frederick whispers to her. "Because now, I have no choice but perform this lobotomy Victoria. Because no one, and I mean no one, can know that I am alive and well. This is what has to happen to ensure my secret stays safe," he says as he moves the drill closer to Victoria's temple, as Bryce watches in horror from the hallway.

The Pampa Grill

"Wait, so, you actually saw Clayton and Nicholas kissing?" a stunned Madeline asks Andy as they sit across from one another in the restaurant. Andy is drinking a sparkling water while Madeline has a glass of white wine in front of her. Madeline can't believe that newly discovered brother was kissing Andy's boyfriend. "Are you sure you didn't misunderstand things?"

"How would I have misunderstood seeing two guys kissing?" Andy asks her before he takes a sip of his drink. "And, I saw Clayton here earlier and so I confronted him about the kiss."

"And, what did he say?" Madeline asks him quickly. "Did he tell you what happened?"

"Yea, he did," Andy nods back to him. "Clayton revealed that he is leaving town; apparently, he needs time away to wrap his head around that he is a member of your family. He mentioned you and I wanting him to be Reese, which set me off. I basically told him that no one is mentioning Reese except him. Anyways, he then told me that he went to tell Nicholas his news and they ended up in a goodbye kiss."

"Do you believe that?"

Andy shrugs back to her. "I don't know what to believe," Andy admits to her. "I knew that Nicholas and Clayton were growing closer because Clayton was confiding in Nicholas, but kissing each other? That is certainly taking it to another level, don't you think?"

Madeline nods back to him. "I guess there is one silver lining in all of this," she purses her lips together. "It is clear that you still have feelings for Nicholas, despite all of the hard times you have gone through. If you didn't have feelings for him, seeing him kiss another guy wouldn't make you so upset."

Andy uneasily nods back to her. "I guess so. I just don't know where we will go from here, you know? He was kissing the man that pretended to be Reese and tried to drive me crazy. I don't know Maddie, this is a huge mess and I'm not sure how it will ever be normal again."

The Sugarbowl

Will opens the door to the coffeehouse and scurries inside. He knows that it is rather late, but he is hoping to grab a coffee and head back to his hotel suite as he feels like he would like a warm drink before bed.

As he moves up to the barista, he is surprised to see Clayton standing there. Immediately, he realizes that the barista is Madeline's newly found brother because he looks exactly like Reese.

"Hey, I'll have a large coffee please," Will tells Clayton.

"Sure, coming right up."

"You're Clayton, right?" Will asks him, as Clayton turns back around and passes him his coffee. "Madeline's brother?"

"That's me," Clayton replies to him. "Do you know Madeline?"

Will nods back to him. "Yea, her and I go way back. I am Will and I actually knew your Mom, Olivia too. And, I guess your Dad and Reese. We had a lot of good times together."

"That's great to hear, and it is nice to meet you Will," Clayton replies to him quickly. "Maybe one day I will get to see that side of my sister. But for right now, I'm actually leaving town. This is my last shift at the coffeehouse. I just need to get away."

Will looks back at him in surprise. "You grew up as an only child, right?" he asks Clayton, who nods back to him. "Then, I have to admit man, I don't get why you'd run away. This is your chance to have a family. And Madeline, she's great when you get to know her. Don't throw away this chance to get to know her and be a part of a family, Clayton. That's just my advice."

Tyler's Townhouse

"Would you like another glass of wine?" Tyler asks Natasha, who is packing up some of her things and she puts them into her purse.

"No, I am good," she responds to him. "I should get going, it is getting late. And, if I have another glass of wine, I won't be able to drive."

Tyler uneasily sighs back to her as he thinks about their conversation earlier in the evening about Cheresa's campaign. "Oh, okay," he tells her. "I had hoped you'd spend the night? It's been awhile since we made love, Natasha."

Natasha stands up and looks back at him. "I am not in the mood, Tyler. What can I say?"

"Why do I get the feeling that this is more than about your mood and desires?"

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

"This is about Cheresa signing with Robertson Enterprises and not Roboto," Tyler looks back at her with intent. "You're just as upset about it as your brother is, aren't you?"

"Of course, I am!" Natasha says back to him sternly. "My team and I had worked damn hard on her contract and campaign; that was ripped away from us. Look, I'm not trying to let our business life impact our personal relationship, but this stings Tyler, it really does. And I can't pretend that it doesn't."

Roboto

"Are you going to answer me, Robbie?" Kim puts her hand on her hip as she stands in the main office of Roboto and looks back at her husband. She just came back into the office and overheard him on the phone talking cryptically. She has no idea what is going on with Robbie but considering how livid he has been with Tyler and Robertson Enterprises for securing the Cheresa deal, she is scared as to what he could do. "Who were you talking too?"

Robbie gulps heavily as he knows that he was talking to Tara, the woman that he has hired to help him destroy Tyler and Cheresa's campaign at Robertson Enterprises. He can't help but want to get revenge on them since Cheresa passed up the chance to work with Roboto; he doesn't want their campaign to succeed since Roboto is now scrambling to come up with another concept.

"It was just a distributor," he finds himself lying to his wife. "They were asking about how new line and I told him I would have to be in touch since we are re-working the campaign that should have been Cheresa's."

Kim believes her husband as she has no reason to suspect otherwise. "Ah, that makes sense. I am getting tired, are you about ready to head home?"

Robbie smiles and breathes a sigh of relief that Kim didn't hear him with Tara. "If my beautiful, pregnant, wife is ready to go home, then I am ready to go home too."

Kim chuckles back to him. "Good, because since I can't have a glass of wine, I might ask you to rub my feet."

"My wish is your command, Mrs. Calimo," Robbie smiles as he grabs her hand and they move to the exit of the office.

The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home

"What plan are you talking about, Helen?" Adam asks his ex-wife as he moves closer to her. He just arrived at her house, but she must not have him knock on the door because she was on the phone; Adam tried the door and to his surprise, it was open so he moved inside. He heard Helen's voice and he went into the living room, where he heard on the phone talking about a plan as she left Shane a voicemail. "I heard you tell Shane in that message you're plan worked?"

Helen gulps heavily as she turns away from Adam and closes her eyes tightly. "Adam, I, uh, didn't hear you come in?"

"The door was unlocked," Adam replies to her quickly. "You must have been on the phone when I knocked."

"Yes, I was on the phone," Helen uneasily nods back to him. "I was just wishing Shane well because he and Robin are supposed to be married tonight."

Adam moves closer to his ex-wife. "Helen, please look at me," Adam tells his ex-wife, who slowly turns around. "I heard you say that your plan worked; what plan were you talking about? I'm not going to drop this until you tell me what is going on here!"

Helen tries to rack her brain to think of a way to get out of this. "Helen, answer me! What plan? What the hell did you and Shane do together? Tell me right now!"

"Fine!" Helen yells back at him. "I'll tell you everything!"

The Victors Mansion; Vinny & Daisy's Home

"I could go downstairs and get another bottle of wine if you'd like more?" Vinny smiles to Daisy as they continue to cuddle on the sofa in the living room of the mansion that they are living in together. Daisy knows that she invited the man she believes as Brett to be closer to her because she is trying to prevent him from asking more questions about his missing toothbrush. She knows that she stole the toothbrush and gave it to Meggan so they could have a DNA test run to see if Vinny is truly alive. They nee to know if all of these months Vinny has been posing as Brett; if this is the case, then he is more dangerous than they realize.

"That would be nice," Daisy looks back at him. "I feel like I could have one more before bed, how about you?"

"I am game if you are," Vinny smiles back to her. "It has been awhile since we have been this close, I want to hold on to it, and you, a while longer."

"I'll be here when you get back," Daisy chuckles to him, as Vinny gets up from the sofa and he scurries out of the living room. Once he is out of sight, Daisy pulls her phone out of her purse and sends a message to Meggan.

"What is the update on the DNA test?" she types furious into her phone. Instantly, she sees the three dots moving indicating that Meggan is responding to her.

"Should hear back soon."

Daisy sighs to herself. "How am I going to keep him preoccupied?" she asks herself, recalling how he was grilling her about the missing toothbrush earlier. If he continues to ask questions, she doesn't know if she will be able to lie forever. Suddenly, she gets an idea. "I have to seduce him. If we make love, he won't have a choice but to be preoccupied."

She puts her phone away and unbuttons the top button form her blouse. "Okay, you can do this," she tells herself. "You have to seduce him to save yourself."

"Here I am," Vinny smiles as moves back into the room with a bottle of wine.

"Good, I was missing you," Daisy purses her lips together. "Pour me a glass of wine and get back over here."

"Your wish is my command," Vinny chuckles as he starts to uncork the bottle of wine.

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Andrew paces back and forth outside of a hospital room while he waits for news about Trenyce. He recalls how he found her in the kitchen of her house looking for snack when he asked her about the kiss that they shared earlier in the day. She insisted that they do not kiss again, and Andrew admitted that he enjoyed it; the admission sent Trenyce into a panic attack. Without thinking, Andrew raced her to the hospital as he knows that she was told not to get too worked up because it could be pressure on the baby.

"What is taking so long?" he asks himself as he stops and looks at the hospital room door. Suddenly, he is filled with memories of being at the hospital when he and Abby learned that baby Sonny was dead. He couldn't believe that his son was dead and Abby, of course, was devastated. A few weeks later, Andrew and Abby discovered a bloody Albertinah, who was stabbed by the Rose Peddle killer. He runs his hands through his hair as he hopes that Trenyce doesn't lose her baby; he doesn't think he could handle more loss.

Finally, the hospital room door opens and nurse scurries out. "Hey, how is she? Can I see Trenyce?"

"Yes, you can," the nurse says before rushing off.

Andrew uneasily looks back at the door and then moves inside the hospital room. "Hey, how are you? What happened?"

"You were right," Trenyce looks back at him. "I had a panic attack. I'll be fine but the doctor warned me that I can't get upset anymore; it's too dangerous for the baby."

"So, the baby, it is okay?"

"We are both fine," Trenyce forces a smile on her face. "I just have to stay calm, that's all."

"I will do whatever I can to make sure that happens, Trey," Andrew breathes a sigh of relief. "I promise that nothing will happen to you or the baby."

Raven's Meadow

Frederick slowly moves the drill closer and closer to Victoria's head as he is about to start the lobotomy on her. He refuses to accept that she has learned that he is alive; he will do whatever it takes to make sure that no one knows that he is alive.

Suddenly, however, the drill falls to the ground as Frederick's eyes open wider in surprise. His body crumbles to the floor and behind him, Bryce stands with another paper weight in his hand.

Bryce looks down at his boss in shock that he knocked him out, but he knew that he couldn't let him perform the lobotomy on her. He then looks at Victoria and rushes up to her.

"I love you, Vic," he whispers as he picks her up into his arms. "I will protect you. I will make sure that Frederick and Vinny can't hurt you anymore. But first, we must get you out of here. I have to get out far away from Raven's Meadow."
