Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Do you want me to go and get something to eat? You must be famished," Robbie asks his wife, who is still laying in the hospital bed following her accident at the Lawson storage locker. It has been an incredibly long night and just a short time ago, they got the worst news possible: Kim miscarried their unborn child. He knows that his wife is likely feeling raw and emotionally depleted, but he wants to ensure that she is doing okay, and keeping her strength is the way to do that."

"I couldn't eat even if I wanted too," she replies to him with a hoarse voice. Her mind hasn't been able to stop racing since Robbie delivered the horrible news about her child.

When Kim was a little girl, she had a collection of dolls that she played with religiously. She often felt like she was their mother; she would take care of them by changing their outfits every day, brushing their hair and tucking them in a night. She always thought that she would be a mother one day, and that is something she dreamt of. So, when she gave birth to Blake, all her dreams came true. She loved her son more than anything else in the world. That night of the ice storm, when she was in a horrible car accident that left Blake brain dead remains one of the worst nights of her life. She has ached for her son ever since that night.

However, she started to have a glimmer of hope that things would get better once she discovered that she was pregnant. She and Robbie overcame many obstacles to get married and to conceive a child. For this child to, also, be taken from her, she feels like she is losing Blake all over again. She has an indescribable amount of heartache, and she has no idea if or when it will ever leave her again.

"Kim, babe, you have to keep up your strength," Robbie moves closer to her bed. "You not taking care of yourself won't help anything."

"Where do you get off telling me what will help me or not?" Kim rolls her eyes at her husband. "Don't you realize, Robbie, that all of this is your fault?"

Robbie looks back at her in surprise. "Kim…"

"No, save it Robbie," she cuts him off. "My baby is dead, and you're the only one to blame."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I know it is late, but I was hoping to get to go home tonight. I'd love nothing more than to crawl into a bubble bath and then get ito my own bed tonight," Cheresa admits to Dawn and Greg, as they still stand over her while she rests in a hospital bed. She is relieved that she is safe from Tara's clutches, so she is hoping that her father will agree to discharge her from the hospital.

"I know that's what you'd like," Greg smiles back to his daughter. "But I would like to keep you here overnight, just to make sure that you're completely okay. You were through quite an ordeal."

"I tend to agree with your Dad," Dawn tells her girlfriend. "What's one night in the hospital, just for good measure?"

Cheresa chuckles back to them. "Okay, okay," she waves her hand in the air. "I'll stay, but I want to leave first thing in the morning."

"That can be arranged," Greg pats her head. "Tomorrow you can go home, but I don't think you should go into Robertson Enterprises; you should give yourself a day or two off work."

"That won't be a problem," Cheresa replies to him quickly.

"Did you already talk to Tyler about not going in?" Dawn asks her back.

Cheresa shakes her head no. "I can't go back," she tells them. "I will never model again. If this experience has taught me anything, it's that I don't want to be in the spotlight. And, I don't care what Tyler or any other stuffy suit says to me about it; I have made up my mind that's the end of the story."

The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home

"Thanks again for staying with me and Dawn tonight," Helen tells Adam as they move up to the front door, as he is about to leave and head back to his place for the night. Since Cheresa was found, safely, Adam realizes that he doesn't have to stay at the house that he raised his daughter in with Helen.

"Of course," Adam replies to her quickly. "It's like I said earlier, despite our own personal issues, Dawn will always come first."

"I am glad that we can agree on that," Helen tells him. "And, for what it is worth, I will never stop trying to make you forgive me for what I did, Adam. You mean too much to me to just give up on that."

Adam uneasily chuckles back to her. "Well, you should brace yourself, Helen," he says back to his ex-wife. "Because, I am planning on tell Robin everything. She has every right to know what is going on."

Helen gulps heavily back to her. "Why would you do that? It doesn't change the fact that she is married to Shane, Adam."

"No, it doesn't," Adam moves up to the door and then looks back at his ex-wife. "But she still has a right to know what Shane and you did. She has been lied to for long enough; I'm going to put an end to it all by telling her the truth."

The Glubbs House; Shane & Robin's Home

"That was amazing," Shane looks over at Robin with a smile on his face, as the two newlyweds just made love to one another. Shane came home after a long day at the hospital and was pleasantly surprised when Robin responded to a kiss from him and they ended up in bed together. "I can't tell you how much I needed my wife."

Robin crawls out of the bed and grabs her robe. She wraps her body in the fabric and then looks at her husband. "I would be lying if I said I didn't need it too," she tells him, as she feels her eyes swell with water.

"Hey, what is it? Why are you about to cry?"

Robin sits on the edge of the bed and runs her hand through her long hair. "It's nothing… just ignore me."

"That's the last thing that I am going to do," Shane moves up next to her. "Tell me what's wrong; I am your husband, you can tell me anything."

Robin sighs back to him before she looks into her eyes. "You are my husband," she replies to him quickly. "But if I am honest with you, Shane, my heart still belongs to Adam."

The words hit Shane like ton of bricks. He knew that Robin would still have feelings for Adam but he had hoped that by them growing closer, Adam would become a distant memory for her.

"I see," Shane replies to her as he stands up from the bed. "Here I thought we were growing closer…"

"We are," Robin tells him. "But I can't lie to you anymore, Shane. I married you for Dominique; and I am a woman, so I needed to make love tonight. But deep down, I am still in love with Adam, and I think I always will be."

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

Lukas slowly opens the door to his bedroom that he shares with Donovan and creeps inside. He knows that it is late and he is looking forward to going to bed. He wants to be quiet because he suspects his husband is fast asleep already; after coming home from the hospital, in a wheel chair, he can only suspect that Donovan was exhausted. Lukas, himself, is tired but he needed one more drink after he and Jasper had sex. He is feeling guilty for sleeping with another man behind Donovan's back, but at least he knows that Jasper said that he wouldn't say anything.

"Lukas?" Donovan opens his eyes and sees his husband moving up to the bed. "I'm glad you're finally here. I was getting worried."

"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up," Lukas says as he crawls into the bed. "Let's try to get a good night sleep, okay?"

"I am trying," Donovan admits to him. "I am struggling to fall asleep though."

"Why? What's going on? Is something on your mind?"

Donovan turns his head and nods back to him. "Yea, you can say that. I am still trying to rack my brain, trying to remember, anything about why I would have left the house in such a panic the night of my accident. I can't seem to wrap my head around it."

Lukas gulps heavily as he knows that it is likely that Donovan would have heard him and Jasper kissing and that is why he rushed out of the house. He just hopes that Donovan doesn't remember because he believes it might be a step back.

"Don't worry about that right now," Lukas comes up to him. "What I need you to do is focus on getting better and regaining your leg strength, okay? I want you to walk again, Donovan."

"I want that too," Donovan looks into his husbands eyes. "Thank you for sticking by me, Lukas. I know this isn't ideal. You really are a wonderful husband."

The guilty of sleeping with Jasper creeps into Lukas' mind hearing Donovan praise him. He forces a smile on his face. "I'm always here for you; let's try to get some sleep, okay?"

"Okay, love you."

"I love you too."

MW Investigations

"My God, what a long day this has been," Meggan tells Daisy as the move into her office at MW Investigations. They just came from Tyler's, where they told the Robertson's that Frederick is alive. They are both still stunned by Victoria's revealation to them at the hospital earlier in the evening; she saw Frederick, alive and well, at Raven's Meadow. They have no idea if he is still there but they know that they might have to be on guard now because Frederick can be very unpredictable.

"I couldn't agree more," Daisy replies to her quickly. "Finding out that Vinny is dead and Frederick is alive…what a whirlwind."

"How do you feel about Vinny being gone?"

Daisy pauses and thinks about how she discovered that she is pregnant with Vinny's child because she seduced him to prevent him from finding out that she had taken his toothbrush so they could run a DNA test. She has no idea what she is going to do with this baby but the fact is: Vinny was alive and now, despite being dead, she is carrying his child.

"I feel very stupid forever trusting that he was Brett," Daisy admits back to her half-sister. "I can't go back and change it now, but I wish I had been smarter."

"Don't beat yourself up too much," Meggan tells her. "Vinny fooled all of us. We just to be thankful that he is gone; he will never hurt us again."

Daisy uneasily nods as she looks down at her stomach. "I guess we have to worry about our father instead."

"I can't believe that he is alive," Meggan admits to her. "I know he did a lot of bad things to a lot of people, but I also remember a lot of good times with him. Despite his flaws, he loved Lukas and I a lot."

"And now," Daisy looks back at her. "I'll get to meet him, maybe. I'll finally get to the meet the man that gave me life."

The Davenport House; Trenyce & Andrew's Home

Trenyce looks back at Chris and tries to keep her cool as he has just told her that they have to talk and it simply can't wait. She is worried that, somehow, he has learned that she has shared some stolen kisses with Andrew and he is about to put her on notice. It doesn't help that the power has seemingly gone out in her area, so the lights are out.

"Did you hear what I just said?" Chris asks her, as he feels the ring box in his pocket. He has waited a long time to ask Trenyce to marry her; he doesn't want to wait any longer. He wants to show her how much she means to him.

Trenyce gulps heavily again as she feels some sweat forming on her forehead. "I did," she finally tells him. "You want to talk, and I can understand that. But you have to hear me out, Chris. I … I can explain."

Chris arches his eyebrow back to her, wondering what she is getting at. "Explain? There is nothing for you to explain."

"Yes, there is," she says as she feels another panic attack coming on. Suddenly, her breathing picks up and she falls into the sofa.

"Trey?" Chris asks her with concern. "What is it? It this a panic attack?"

Trenyce nods back to him as she tries to start her breathing techniques. "Okay baby girl, just breathe. I'm right here, you're fine, okay?"

Trenyce tries to force a smile on her face but then she stops breathing all together and looks at Chris in horror.

"What is it? What's wrong?"

"My water," she gasps for air. "It just broke! I'm going into labour!"

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"You don't mean that," a startled Robbie looks back at Kim, who just blamed him for the loss of their unborn child. "What happened tonight Kim, it was an accident."

"I mean every damn word I just said," Kim spits back to him. "This entire event was put into motion the moment you hired that woman to scare Cheresa!"

"You're exhausted," Robbie tells his wife. "We will be able to talk about this more tomorrow."

"I am exhausted," Kim says back to him. "But if you think a good night's rest will make me change my mind about this, you're wrong. You are the reason my baby died, and every time I see your face, I am reminded of that Robbie!"

"Kim…"

"I need you to go," Kim shouts at him. "Get out! I can't even look at you right now! You killed my baby!"
