"Jacob, can you quickly change the backdrop to the city view?" Max asks
as he lifts his head from behind his camera and looks forward at Isabelle, whom
he is taking some initial photos of for an upcoming Roboto campaign. "Isabelle,
you look stunning, keep up the good work. You can take five minutes while Jacob
changes the back drop." "Perfect, I could use a bottle of water,"
Isabelle says as she moves towards the large table that is in the new studio at
Roboto. The studio is more modern looking than the one at Robertson Enterprises,
which is where Max and Jacob previously worked. "Are you sure that things
are going well?" Max smiles over at the model while Jacob changes
the backdrop. "Yea, you're a beautiful woman. It doesn't make much for you
to take a good picture." Isabelle smiles back to him, flattered
by the compliment. "Max and I don't agree on a lot, but he is right, you
are beautiful. These pictures are going to be amazing." "Well,
thanks guys," Isabelle takes a swig of her water. "You two will make
it easy to work here, that's for sure." At the doorway, Cassie arches
her eyebrow having heard both Jacob and Max compliment Isabelle. She looks at
the young model and realizes that she is pretty but she hopes that she doesn't
become a problem for her and Jacob getting together. "I hope I'm
not interrupting," she finally makes her presence known. "Jacob, I was
hoping you'd like to have lunch with Carter and I?" Jacob looks
over at Max and Isabelle. "Do you think you'll be good Max if I head out
for a quick lunch?" Max sighs back to him, annoyed that Jacob is
seemingly bailing on the photoshoot. "Sure, whatever," Max replies to
him. "After I take the next set of pictures, Isabelle and I will break too."
"Okay, sounds good, see you guys after lunch," Jacob says before
he winks at Isabelle and heads towards Cassie. Max turns his attention
back to Isabelle. "Shall we carry on?" "Sure," Isabelle
moves back to the new backdrop and starts to pose as the flash from Max's camera
starts going off as he praises her for her great work. | |

Robertson Enterprises
Robin paces back and forth in main office of Robertson Enterprises as her mind
races about the previous day when she found out from Madeline that Shane is the
father of her unborn child. She hasn't been able to stop thinking about the fact
that Adam told her that they would be over if Shane was the father of the baby
because he couldn't handle her having another child with Shane. She had hoped
that Adam was going to be the father of her the baby because she has fought so
long to make her relationship with Adam to work. "Maybe," she
whispers to herself as she puts her hand on her stomach. "He didn't mean
that when he said it. He said when I first told him about Shane and I; he was
hurt, he was angry. Now that he's had time to calm down, he has to realize that
he does love me, regardless of who the father of the baby is." She
shakes her head at the idea that Adam would actually leave her because she is
pregnant with Shane's baby. She takes a deep breath. "I guess there's only
one thing to do," she tells herself. "And that's to tell Shane and Adam
the truth. They have to know that Shane is the father of my baby."
The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino
"This place is
pretty nice, huh?" Helen smiles over to Dawn as they sit across from each
other in the new restaurant that is attached to the casino. As Helen went out
of town right after the gala, it is her first time at the restaurant and she is
enjoying the atmosphere so far. "I like it," Dawn nods back
to her. "Cheresa and I came here for some drinks the other day and they were
great." "It is just nice that we have an option other than
the Pampa," Helen tells her daughter. "So, how are the wedding plans
coming?" "Slowly," Dawn chuckles. "We aren't in a
rush, we just want to do it right." "You two have all the time
in the world," Helen smiles back to her. "So, you can take the time
if you need too." "What about you, Mom? You went to Cancun
to forget Dad and when I asked you about it before you said the trip was a great
start for you to do that. What does that mean? Have you met someone new?"
Helen gets another sly grin over her face as she thinks back to how she met
Dale Cunningham in Cancun and they ended up in bed a few times. He was a wonderful
lover and exactly what she needed at the time. While she knows she enjoyed his
company, she also realizes that nothing will ever come from it as they were just
two ships passing in the sea. "Does your silence mean there is someone?"
Dawn asks her mother. "I don't mean to pry, I want you to be happy."
"No, you're fine," Helen shakes her head back to Dawn. "I
did meet someone in Cancun and we had a good time, but that's all it was, Dawn.
I don't even know where he is from? I will never see him again, and that's okay.
At the time, it was exactly what I needed. And now, I can focus on moving on."
Dawn smiles back to her mother. "I'm glad that you had that, Mom. All
I want is for you to be happy." "I am happy," Helen tells
her daughter. "Whether I am with a man or whether I am by myself, I am very
happy in my life and that's all that matters. A man would just enhance my life,
that's all." "I love that attitude, now can we order some food,
I'm starving!" Roboto
"Yes, Robbie, I will call
you as soon as I am done meeting with the lawyer," Natasha tells her brother
as she speaks into her cell phone as she stands in the main office of the company
that she runs with Robbie and Kim. "I was the one who was handed the lawsuit
papers so I thought I could go through the initial meeting and then bring you
and Kim into the loop after. Anyways, I'm expecting him anytime, so I have to
run but I will be in touch." She hangs up the phone and then moves
to the desk where she pulls out her compact from her. She quickly touches her
up her lipstick and fixes her hair and skirt before she moves to the door when
she hears a knock on the door. "Okay," she whispers to herself.
"You've got this, Natasha. You're looking to hire the best lawyer to beat
this lawsuit." She opens the door and smiles at the man on the other
side of the door. "I'm Natasha Calimo," she extends her hand. "Thank
you for agreeing to meet with me today, please come in." "It
is a pleasure to meet you Natasha," the man says as he moves into the office.
"My name is Dale, Dale Cunningham." "I really appreciate
your time, Dale. Please have a seat and we can discuss," Natasha welcomes
him to sit on the sofa in the office. "Thanks," Dale smiles
back to her as he sits down. "You mentioned this was about a lawsuit? Before
I look at the papers, can you tell me the full story? I will need all the details
if I'm going to help you win this case." The Pink Flamingo at
the River Rock Casino
"I'm glad that you could make time to meet
me today," Tyler tells Ethan as they sit across from one another in the restaurant.
Tyler wanted to meet with his friend and lawyer to discuss the lawsuit that he
filed against Roboto for corporate sabotage. "I was hoping you could tell
me what's going on with the lawsuit?" Ethan picks up his scotch
and takes a sip of it before he looks back at his friend. "I mean, I don't
have much of an update. The way this works is that Roboto has a certain amount
of time before they have to respond to the lawsuit; we are just waiting to hear
back from them." Tyler arches his eyebrow back to him. "How
much longer do we have before they have to respond?" "Not too
much longer," Ethan replies to him. "And if they don't respond, a Judge
will award damages accordingly. The penalty would be higher for them if they do
not even acknowledge it." "I am sure they will acknowledge
it," Tyler says back to him. "I'm sure they are just waiting to the
eleventh hour to make a point." "Or," Ethan looks back
at him. "They are lawyering up. They could be building a huge team to fight
this lawsuit." Tyler sighs back to him. "Do you think they
could win?" "Nope," Ethan grins to his friend. "We
have this, Tyler. Trust me, this is one case that we have in the bag."

At another table, Leah picks up her glass of white wine
and takes a healthy sip of it as she thinks about her visit with Frederick the
previous day when he agreed to give her a DNA test, however, he told her that
he already knew that he was her father. She is glad that he is finally giving
her some of the answers that she needs but he still has a lot of explaining to
do. "So Frederick agreed to a DNA test but didn't say anything about
our child?" Jeff asks her as he sits next to Meggan and looks back at his
ex-wife. "To be fair," Leah begins to reply to him. "I
was so winded by his admission that he is my father, I didn't really ask about
our child. I'm sorry." "Don't be, it is a lot to take in,"
Jeff uneasily smiles back to her. "One thing at a time." "I
mean, I am surprised too," Meggan admits to her. "For so long, we have
been in each other's lives but we had no idea that we were siblings."
"I don't think Frederick would have agreed to the DNA test if he wasn't
sure," Leah says back to her. "I think it's true." "Where
is Cory? You could use the support right now, Leah," Jeff tells her quickly.
Leah sighs back to them. "Cory and I," she whispers back to them.
"We are over. We ended things." Meggan and Jeff look at one
another in surprise as they did not expect to hear what. "What happened?
Why did he end your relationship?" Meggan asks her quickly. "It's
a long story," Leah admits to them. "I am just trying to cope with all
this. It's
it's a lot." "We are here for you," Jeff
reaches over and grabs her hand, which Meggan notices. "Anything you need
from us, we are here." The River Rock Casino
Daisy
slowly walks down the stairs from the second level of the casino. She looks around
and sees many people gambling at the various locations set up in the casino. After
realizing that she needed to move out of Vinny's house, she got a suite upstairs
at the casino until she finds a more permanent living solution. She needed to
get out of Vinny's house, where memories were becoming too much for her to handle
since she recently aborted his baby. "Ah, you couldn't stay away
from my casino, I see," Antonio smiles to Daisy as he moves up to her quickly.
"Are you feeling lucky today, Daisy?" Daisy looks back at him
and chuckles. "Nope, I'm afraid not," she replies to him quickly. "I
was going to head to the Pink Flamingo and have a lunch. Maybe a drink."
Antonio chuckles back to her. "The last time I saw you, you were having
a drink mid-day. Is everything okay?" Daisy looks back at him and
takes a deep breath. "I
well, I am going through some personal changes
in my life that are proving to be more difficult than I expected. I'll be fine
in time, but it will take time." Antonio nods back to her as he
looks at her up and down quickly. "Well, anything thing you need, I'm happy
to help, Daisy. Especially since you're now staying at my casino. I could be your
lifeline, if you need one." "I'll keep that in mind,"
Daisy uneasily smiles back to him. "Thanks Antonio." The
Cemetery
Victoria pushes Donovan's wheelchair down the center path
of the cemetery as they get closer to Eva's tombstone. The siblings agreed to
visit their mother together today as they have been thinking about her more often
since Will admitted that he has been having more dreams about her. "Here
we go," Victoria says as they arrive at Eva's grave. "I'll try to get
you closer." "Can you put these roses next to her tombstone?"
Donovan passes his sister a bouquet of flowers, as he is still pretending that
he is confined to his wheelchair. "Of course," Victoria takes
the flowers and rests them by the tombstone. She then looks at the tombstone and
caresses it with her hands. "We are here, Mom." "Yea,
we have been thinking about you a lot lately," Donovan continues to tell
the tombstone. "You are always in our hearts, Mom. We love you."
"Donovan is right," Victoria says as she gets tears in her eyes.
"We will never stop loving you, Mom." The siblings look at
one another as they squeeze each other's hands. "This will never get easier,
will it?" Donovan asks his sister. "We will never get over the loss
of our mother?" "We will always grieve her," Victoria
tells him. "Always." The Tower's; Floor Eight; Victoria
& Bryce's Condo
Bryce paces back and forth in the living room
of the condo that he lives in with Victoria as his mind races about the fact that
he is still lying to his wife about keeping secrets from her. He knows that he
helped Vinny arrange the baby switch between Abby's baby and son that Donovan
and Lukas adopted; moreover, he knows that he kept Eva alive and knows that Victoria's
mother didn't die. "How am I going to keep the fact that Eva is
alive to myself?" he asks himself as he runs his hands through his hair.
"Every day I see Victoria, and Donovan, grieving their mother when I know
that she is alive and well. Maybe I should tell them the truth?"
He suddenly realizes that with Frederick back, he can't possibly tell anyone what
he knows. "If I tell, Frederick will come after me. God, he tried to kill
Victoria when she discovered that he was alive. What will he do to me if I spill
some of secrets?" He shakes his head back to himself. "Damnit,
this is a no-win situation," he whispers to himself. "But I have to
do something. The question is, what can I do? What should I do?"
The Pier
Lukas walks down the pier with his hands in his pockets
to keep them warm. While spring is coming, the air still has a slight chill in
it. He came for a walk to clear his head about everything going on in his life;
he recently slept with Jasper, despite knowing that he has to be a better husband
to Donovan. And, he is dealing with the fact that Frederick is back in his life.
For years, he thought his father was dead and now he is back. He can't help but
wonder if Frederick still holds homophobic feelings towards him, as he did right
before everyone thought he died. He pauses when he sees Jasper standing
on the edge of the pier, looking at the river that is swiftly moving along. He
wonders why his son's nanny is here and not at the mansion with Olly.
"Jasper, hey," Lukas says as he moves up to him. "What's up? Why
are you here and not at work." Jasper looks back at him, still feeling
rattled about what happened between him and Donovan the previous day. Donovan
stunned him by walking into the living room and announced that he knew of his
affair with Lukas. Donovan, then, told Jasper that he was going to play by his
rules now. "I'm sorry to tell you this," Jasper finally says
back to him. "But I quit, effective immediately." Lukas looks
back at him in surprise. "What did you just say? Why? Where is this coming
from?" Jasper shakes his head back to Lukas. "I've done something
something
I shouldn't have," he tells Lukas. "And that's all I can say. If you
want any other information, you have to speak to your husband."
"Donovan?" Lukas asks him, still feeling rattled. "What does he
have to do with any of this?" "I've said too much," Jasper
tells him. "Do me a favor, and don't contact me again. I can't deal with
any of this anymore." Before Lukas can say anything, Jasper rushes
away from him, leaving Lukas wondering what the hell just happened. "I
have to figure out what is going on here," Lukas whispers to himself. "What
has Donovan done now?" Next on One Day at a Time - Helen
meets with Dominick - Robbie asks Leah for a favor - Trenyce gets surprising
