"Is it crazy that I was looking forward to seeing
you again so soon?" a bashful Helen asks Dale as they sit across from one
another at the restaurant, with some appetizers in front of them that they are
sharing. Helen and her lover from Cancun just had some cocktails the previous
day, but they had such a good time that they agreed to another date.
"Not at all," Dale chuckles before he takes a bite of one of the bacon
wrapped scallops. "I was looking forward to it as well. Remember, we toasted
to reconnecting, and that's what we are doing." Helen blushes back
to him. "You know, it's nice getting to know you on a more personal level.
In Mexico, it was, uh, very physical." Dale winks back to her. "I
like physical connections," he admits to her. "You were a great lover,
Helen. I would be happy to go down that road again with you, but I also appreciate
that you want to get to know me more better now that I will be in town for a while
longer." "Do you know how long?" Helen asks him quickly.
"I know you said you were for a case." "Yup, I am,"
Dale nods to her. "I am thinking the case might take longer than I first
thought, so I will be here for the unforeseen future. Is that okay with you?"
"It's more than okay," Helen smiles back to him. "I get the
feeling that we will be moving this back to that physical connection very soon."
"That's music to my ears," he winks back to her. At the
bar, Adam turns his head and freezes at the sight of Helen chatting and giggling
with a man that he has never seen before. He feels a pin of jealousy seeing his
ex-wife enjoying the company of another man. He picks up his beer and takes a
swig of it, wondering what he should do next with Helen and these unresolved feelings
he is realizing that he still has for her. ***
At another
table, Leah sits with Jeff and Paige with a glass of wine in front of her. Earlier
in the evening, she was at Frederick's for a dinner party when he announced that
the DNA test results proved that they were father and daughter. She had tried
to brace herself for this news but it is still hitting harder than she thought.
"I'm really sorry Mom," Paige tells her mother as she reaches over
and grabs her hand. "I know you were hoping for different news, but at least
now we know the truth?" "Paige is right," Jeff nods back
to his ex-wife. "At least now we can try to move beyond this? We don't have
the cloud of doubt hanging over our heads anymore." Leah takes another
sip of her wine. "I was just hoping that it wouldn't be true," she admits
to his family. "It is just confirmation that everything I thought to be true
about myself is a lie." "That's not true," Paige says
quickly. "You're still the same woman you were before you knew this. Dominick
and Felicia raised you; you are nothing like Frederick, and no amount of DNA will
ever change that." "God, I wish that everything you guys are
telling would make me feel better about this," Leah gasps as a tear falls
down her cheek. "I just hate this, I really hate this." "It
will take time to adjust," Jeff informs her. "And you should take that
time, Leah. But just remember, you're still the same woman. You're still the Leah
we all know and love." "Thanks guys," Leah lets another
tear fall down her cheek. "I am hoping in time I can wrap my head around
this. I just don't know if I will ever feel like myself again."
Bar Code
"Thanks for meeting me tonight," Lukas tells
Jasper as they are huddled in the back booth of bar together, each with a glass
of scotch on the table. Lukas reached out to his son's former nanny because he
needed to hear what Jasper had to say about Donovan's claim that he sexually assaulted
him. In all the months that Jasper was working for him, Lukas never saw any sign
that Jasper would have assaulted anyone, yet alone his husband, who is confined
to a wheel chair. "I thought it was important that we talk."
"Does Donovan know you're here?" a nervous Jasper asks him before he
looks over his shoulder to ensure no one can see them together. He still can't
believe that he is in this mess because Donovan knew about his affair with Lukas;
he also realizes that he has to watch what he says to Lukas because he can't tip
him off that Donovan is forcing his hand. "No," Lukas admits
to him. "I thought it would be better if he didn't know. But Donovan and
I did talk; he told me everything." "He did?" Jasper's
eyes light up with excitement. "What did he say?" "He
told me that the reason you quit is because you sexually assaulted him,"
Lukas reveals to him in a whisper. "He claims he has video evidence. Please
tell me, Jasper, that this isn't true?" "Of course it's not
true!" Jasper protests. "That's not who I am, not at all."
"I didn't think so," Lukas admits to him. "But that doesn't
explain why Donovan would make this accusation up. What does he have to gain by
all this?" Jasper shrugs back to him. "I can't answer that
for you," he says before he takes a sip of his scotch. "You will have
to talk to Donovan, Lukas. But I will tell you this, I have to plead guilty. I
didn't do this, but I will plead guilty. I have no other choice."
Lukas arches his eyebrow in confusion. "That doesn't make any sense, Jasper?!
Why would you plead guilty if you're innocent?" "I said too
much," Jasper says as he scoots out of the booth. "I have to go, Lukas.
I don't think it's a good idea that we talk about this, okay? See ya."
"Wait, Jasper!" Lukas calls out but his former nanny doesn't stop.
Lukas sighs heavily and takes a sip of his scotch as his mind races about what
is going on between Jasper and Donovan because something isn't adding up. "What
the hell is going on, Donovan? What have you done now?" The Lawson
Estate; Greg & Cheresa's Home
"Thanks for the glass of wine,
it's been a hell of a long day," Kim tells Greg as he passes her a glass
of red wine before he sits next to her on the sofa in the lavish living room of
his mansion. Kim recalls how earlier in the day, Natasha advised her that if the
lawsuit at Roboto goes to trial, Robertson Enterprises' lawyer would likely call
her to the stand and she would have to relive her miscarriage in front of the
judge. Considering how painful that was for her, it is the very last thing that
she wants to do. "You mentioned that Natasha said you would likely
have to testify at the lawsuit trial?" Greg asks her before he takes a sip
of his wine. "Is the idea of that causing you stress?" "You
have no idea," Kim replies to him quickly. "Our lawyer seems to believe
that if I blame Robbie for the miscarriage, then Robertson's lawyer could pin
the entire kidnapping on Robbie, which would be the worst possible case for Roboto's
defense." "Well, I think you know where I stand on this,"
Greg nods back to her. "I do think Robbie is responsible for my daughter's
kidnapping. He's the one who hired that monster, Tara, to scare her in the first
place." "I know," Kim tells him. "I do believe that
Robbie never meant for Cheresa to be kidnapped, but it happened. And, I don't
want Bob's company to suffer as a result of this, but I can't lie about how I
feel." "How'd you leave things with Natasha?"
"I was honest with her," Kim admits to her friend. "I told her
that I still blame Robbie for my miscarriage and probably always will."
"Wow, she must have been furious with you," Greg says with a slight
chuckle.
"Actually, she hugged me," Kim reveals to him as Greg
looks back at her in surprise. "I know, I was surprised too. But I think
she saw how upset this has been for me. Underneath that exterior, Natasha does
have a heart. I just hope I haven't made things worse for the lawsuit."
"Don't worry about the lawsuit or the company," Greg tells her.
"You have to focus on yourself; you're the only thing that matters."
"Thanks for saying that," Kim smiles back to him. "I
mean it Kim," Greg replies to her. "Everything else will fall into place;
you have to take care of yourself, no one else." The Calimo Mansion
"Damnit," Robbie sighs to Natasha as he pours himself a brandy from
the bar in the living room of the family mansion that he lives in with his sister.
Natasha just finished telling her brother about Dale's worry that Tyler's lawyer
will call Kim to the witness stand and she would reveal that she still blames
Robbie for the miscarriage; if that happens, Tyler's lawyer could pin Cheresa's
entire kidnapping on Robbie and Roboto, which would hurt their chances of winning
the lawsuit. "I can't believe that Dale thinks Kim would be called to the
stand!" "I know," Natasha replies to him. "I asked
Dale to think of anything else that we could do to fight this lawsuit, but I have
to admit to you Robbie, it's not looking good. I don't know what we can do."
"Kim can't take the stand," Robbie turns and faces his sister.
"She still blames me for the miscarriage, I know she does."
"I asked her the same thing earlier today," Natasha reveals to him.
"And she told me the same thing. So, I agree with you; Kim can't take the
stand. It would be the final nail in our coffin." "Then there's
only one other thing that we can do," Robbie says as they lock eyes with
each other. "What? You have an idea on how to solve this? What is
it, Robbie?" Natasha eagerly asks him. "I have to quit working
at Roboto," he replies to her quickly. "I have to leave my job."
"What? What would that solve?" Natasha asks him. "Roboto is
your family company! This is your legacy too!" "If I'm not
working there, they can't go after the company," Robbie tells her. "They'd
have to come after me personally, not professionally." "I don't
like this," Natasha admits to him. "But we can discuss with Dale in
the morning and see what he says." "Let's do that," Robbie
nods back to her. "I just don't think I have any other choices here. I have
to leave Roboto, forever." Twin Peaks General Hospital
The door to Shane's office at the hospital slowly opens and a figure appears
at the door. Once the person realizes that no one is in the office, they fully
enter the room and close the door behind them. The person, who is dressed
in all black, pulls out a small flashlight from their pockets and turns it on.
They race to the desk and start looking over the files that Shane left out.
They stop and look at the name of the file with the flashlight that reads,
"Carter Nova". They open the file and pull out their IPhone
and take pictures of all the pages in the file while the flash light is on each
page. Once they are done, they scurry out of the office. They move to
the elevators and are able to get into one without anyone seeing them. Once the
elevator is moving, the person slowly takes off the black ski mask, revealing
Cassie's face with a sly grin on her mouth. The Pink Flamingo at the

"I know you want us to be family Shane,"
Robin looks back at her husband, who just asked her, again, if she could be a
family with him, Dominique and their unborn child. She hasn't been able to think
about much else other than his request but she has to be honest with him.
"I do want that," Shane nods back to her. "I think it could
be good for all of us." "There's just one problem," Robin
admits to him as they lock eyes. "What's that?" "I
don't love you," she reveals to him as Shane feels his heart break inside
his chest. "I care about you and we've had some good times together, but
if I am honest, I have never loved you. I don't think I could spend the rest of
my life with a man that I'm not in love with." Shane gulps heavily.
"I am so sorry," she whispers back to him. "I don't want to hurt
you
" "It's fine," Shane forces a smile on his face
through the hurt that he is feeling. "I just thought because Adam was out
of the picture
" "I know what you thought, but it wouldn't
be fair to you or to me," Robin explains to him. "I will never stop
you from seeing Dominique, or this little baby, but Shane, you and I, we don't
have a future together. And we never will." Next on One Day at
